Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Her whiskers twitched as she poked her head through the warrior's den in search of Labrynthiansoul who was assigned to group one in order to train four of the clan's apprentices. She had been surprised at the sudden change and it was interesting that labrynthiansoul of all cats was the one assigned to mentor with her and that Zelkovapaw, his daughter, was also assigned with them. Despite that, she did not particularly mind and she wondered where he could possibly be. For once, it wasn't the apprentices she was chasing down for training, but the warriors themselves!
Kingpaw stumbled out of bed early and waited for training to begin, fidgeting nervously. This wasn't his first mentor but it was his first time meeting either of his intimidating mentors and he felt a little sick with the stress of it. The white tom was just glad that Sootpaw was still training alone instead of with him - whether he meant well or not, the older apprentice terrified Kingpaw.

The siamese she-cat woke from her sleep, stretching her legs in front of her before settling down and looking around. It felt too early for this and it looked like some of the apprentices she was training with hadn't woken up. Good, that might give her a chance to warm up and wake up before they started training and she pushed out of the apprentices den. "Oh, hi Kingpaw." She greeted her denmate with a gentle smile. He didn't look so good and she gave him a concerned glance. "Are you okay?"
Oh no. Oh no, oh no, oh no! She mustn't be late to her first day of training! Rosepaw drifted through the trees as her paws carried her to their desired destination, blue eyes wide with panic dancing within them. Her heart thudded hard against her rib cage, and as she spurred on faster, the harder it became to keep up with her own paws. As she came upon the spot where they were told to congregate, she was sent spiraling over her own self, tumbling to the ground with a 'oof' leaving her jowls. As the particles of dust cleared and she was able to collect herself accordingly, she came to know that her little mishap was seen by Drizzlepaw and Kingpaw. With an awkward smile spreading across her features, she slowly stood up, shaking the dirt that dare clung to her cream-colored pelt. "Hi!" She meowed, her vocals filled with excitement.
"Oh-- hi!" Kingpaw told his denmate with a hasty dip of his head. "I'm just... a little nervous, that's all," he whispered to her, embarrassed. He was just being silly, but he couldn't help it. He turned to Rosepaw as she stumbled after them let out a short laugh. "You okay, Rosepaw?" Maybe he wasn't the only one that was anxious about training today, but at least he wasn't falling over!

Where Kingpaw voiced concern, Drizzlepaw giggled at her sister, stepping forward nudging her up. "Come on, goofball. You're just lucky that our mentors haven't arrived yet! It's just me and Kingpaw."
That was obvious, though, by the way he stomped towards the small gathered group.
What wasn’t obvious was that along with his irritation he was also anxing.
Why?
Because Destiny was there. What kind of sadistic higher power thought it was funny to match him with the mother of his children? If it wasn’t undignified to squawk in indignation, he would’ve done it by now.
As it is, all he could muster was a heavy sigh under his breath as he joined the five.
