( Some of the clan's kits wanted to go out and play during a thunderstorm. Well, with the river waters rising, the entire bunch gets swept downstream, and now must find their way back with the help of some new allies... If you deleted kits in the last AC, feel free to have them die in this thread! )
Morningkit probably wasn't supposed to be this close to the river when it was raining, but the young she-cat wasn't yet old enough to have quite figured that out. For that matter, the cream feline didn't know how to swim either, and found herself floundering when the waters rose, dragging her, and her fellow kits, into the chaotic river. In an instant, she was tumbling, unable to figure out which way was up or down, only to come gasping up for air, then be pulled under again.
She wasn't sure how long it went on, as she drifted in and out of consciousness, before eventually being pulled to shore, loud shouting that she couldn't be sure was her imagination or reality in the back of her mind as she heaved onto the ground, water expelling itself by force from her system.
( The kits, and the bodies of any who die, are recovered by a group of young kittypets, about 6-8 moons old. Feel free to create a kittypet who helped join in the rescue! They can either join SunClan, or return home to their twolegs afterwards. )
