Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Lilith Eerie was the Renegade drop out, league prodigy that buried her history like bodies and moved to DayClan. She escaped every known prison with a kill and don't tell attitude which was a cute way of saying she forgot how high her kill count had begun. But turns out when you're a born assassin it's not something you can shake. There was a primal urge inside of her that wanted to start trouble, no anarchy. Those who became assassins they could put their claws down at night and go back home to the kits and their mate and live a normal life. But she could befriend as many friendly warriors as she wanted, follow the warrior code, and talk of peace, it would never change who she was.
So whether her name was Lilith, Glowstar, or Vignette, none of it mattered because she could still beat down anyone who crossed her path including the miracle in front of her. Barrenfrost, son of her trainees daughter had so kindly made an appearance, he was everything she wanted and more. He wanted to fight, he wanted there to be blood, and there was no redeeming qualities. He was big, but she had him pinned, she knew a cats anatomy with a deadly precision. Every pressure point, the major arteries that turned a fight into a horror scene. She memorized them like medicine cats memorized herbs. Her claws gently tip toed over Barrenfrost's chest tickling his neck. She had twisted his legs and for the most part beaten him down tirelessly. He was out of energy and now she wanted to have her fun with him.
Vignette's black feathered mask rested sleek and elegantly along her eyes and the bridge of her nose. Her yellow moon fur resonated with a glow from the stardust flecks at the tips of her pelt. She was a golden beauty with an hour glass shape and eyes that gleamed a danger more savage than her claws. She'd be lying if she said she didn't get some kind of sadistic pleasure out of this.
"I was thinking a simple slice across the throat, or I could be creative," Vignette ventured darkly before resting her head atop Barrenfrost's chest, but the exhaustion laid bare across him, he was for the first time in his life too tired and too beaten down to move.
Diamondstar almost stabbed herself with her own claws as she bodyslammed into Vignette, using her full force to knock the wind out of her from behind. One would call it a cowards move, or you could call it calculating as she hid her sent downwind. She stood tall over Barrenfrosts body. Like a shark, she could smell blood in the air, and never turned her back on her opponent; constantly swimming to survive. "Sorry to rain on your parade, but I'd very much like to keep my Knight in one piece, thank you!" She smacked her lips as she spoke, puffing out her white mane like a greyscaled lion.
Without a second thought, she rushed into Vignette again, claws first this time. Diamondstar was never much of a fighter, usually choosing mental battles over physical. But, when the going gets tough, the tough get going, and she wasn't going to just let this crazed feline murder a perfectly good Knight. She didn't have the energy to bury another friend.
Vignette was suddenly thrust into the air and tumbling off to the side smacking right into the snow. Her eyes lit up in fear, was it the ferrets? Did ferrets live here? No, it was just that chick from the gathering. She looked way hotter than she looked back then, maybe it was the blood lust in her eyes and white majesty soft looking white fur. Not to mention she had the strength of a ferret, what a warrior. Vignette jumped up onto her four legs brushing herself off of snow.
"Oh my-"
She wasn't going to strike a second time and even as her eyes gleamed over Diamondstar she knew she was going to, however she was hoping she could get her sentence out before then, but no such luck. She felt the hot blood cascading down her cheek like a slow current warming her and making her blush. She fell onto her back with a smile fastening across her lips, "StarClan! Girl you can hit hard, damn! I was going to say I'll leave him alone, we were only having a deadly play fight right Barren?"
Barrenfrost had about fallen asleep now, but looked relatively peaceful, leave it to him to somehow be able to rest on a battlefield.
"What a cutie, all tuckered out from playing. Hey, can I go hangout in the prisons again? I mean. For the first time?" Vignette asked with what could only be described as a pretty please smile.
Diamondstar cocked her head. Her eyes widened and a smirk quickly grew on her cheeks before she burst out laughing. The mixture of confusion to who this stranger was, anxiety of a fight, horror at Barrenfrost's condition... She didn't really know how to handle it all, and so when Diamondstar was confused, she took it out in the form of laughter. It was quite confusing, to be honest.
"Never in my life have I ever witnessed the strangest, fastest change in energy. Before I throw you in our dungeon of a prison for the first time," she raised a brow, "can I ask what your name is and where you come from? And... why were you and Barrenfrost having a nice deadly play fight?"
She grinned and clicked her tongue twice in confirmation at the mention of first time as if she were pleased for Diamondstar addressing it as such. Her smile was as dangerous as the night as she watched with carnivorous amusement as Diamondstar spoke. With an overly elegant sway of her paw she dipped her head to Diamondstar, "You can call me, Vignette. I come from over there. And I got into a fight with Barrenfrost cause it was violence at first sight. I know, it's a little cliche, but c'mon. If you believe in love at first sight, certainly that means there has to be the polar opposite that exists too? He wanted to fight, he felt like a kittypet caged in the body of a lion, I could tell. For the first time in a long time someone put up a fight, maybe he's upset he lost, but I think the guy had fun, I know I did. And then after that this girl came over and said, Sorry to rain on your parade. And then BAM I was down. What. A. Day. And it's about to get better cause prison time!" She said, singing out her last sentence in excitement.
She looked pumped, but when she had mentioned where Vignette came from she only gestured to a random direction. Then again maybe she was a loner cause what clan let you wear feathers as a mask and not get weird looks?
Although she was now Sovereign, Diamondstar was still rather new to the mountains as a whole. She couldn't tell what scent this molly held and took her appearance rather strangely. Where had she seen feathered cats before? She could have sworn she saw some at the last gathering, but couldn't tell or remember what Clan they hailed from. No matter. Her tail swung around in a mix of anger and adrenaline. "And... how can I trust that I won't turn into Barrenfrost on our way to the prisons?" She smirked sheepishly, claws still unsheathed from before, lightly stained with the blood of Vignette. "I must have some sort of word or trust that we won't fall into violence at first sight?" Her words rolled off the tongue like the snow that fell to the ground and dusted over the bloodstains- mother natures haphazard attempt at cleaning up their mess.
“Interesting. So if I can’t give you a reason to trust me I just walk away. But if I give you a way to trust me I get imprisoned. Are you sure WinterClan collects any sane prisoners under those guidelines,” Vignette asked with a smile that was all monster. The curves of her lips smoothed over however and instead was replaced with a smile as soft as flower petals, “but if you do want to imprison me and I’m all for an escape room challenge then.”
She got up next to Barrenfrost and pushed herself underneath his limp, belly side down body. Her legs trembled as she lifted up the massive knight atop of her back before standing up straight and more certain of her footing.
“He’s a big boy, isn’t he?” Vignette laughed, but seemed audibly more out of breath, “I won’t be able to attack you and by the time we get to camp I’ll be too exhausted to put up a fight. Good plan, huh?” She has a strained smile, but there was a puppy dog like excitement gleaming in her eyes.
