Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
For once he was thankful for his thick fur. In the past it had only caused problems, mostly bringing up doubts around claims he made about his blood, but here it kept him from freezing to death. He couldn’t help but shake just enough to be noticeable. He wasn’t used to weather this cold, but he had to learn to deal with it. Assuming he’d be allowed to join. He certainly hoped he would. His ears turned back against his head as he considered what might happen. If they chased him off he’d have nowhere to go. He could never go back to where he came from. Maybe he’d become a rogue again. It had certainly been a long time since he’d lived like that…
Past just being accepted into the Clan, though, he worried if his motivation to come here would even be worth it. He didn’t know his kits, not even their names or how many there were. Maybe their mother could tell him. But that was again assuming. What if she had moved on with her life; had grow to hate or, perhaps worse, forget him? What if she wasn’t even still alive? His tail twitched in poorly-suppressed impatience. Any other League cat would’ve probably just waltzed straight onto Clan territory, but he refrained. He knew at least a little about the Clans, knowing WinterClan tended to be less than friendly towards strangers on a good day, and hoped a show of respect for their territory would help his case. The same reason he had buried the scent of League under dirt and snow. Just in case. If it mattered at all.
[note: this character is going to be joining as a runaway, so don’t chase him off. he can certainly get roughed up a bit, though.]
Ever since his sister's promotion to Crowned, Roaringsun seemed to leave the nursery less and less. On rare occasions like this, when he got his begrudging younger sister to watch his kits, he finally got to spend days pretending he didn't exist out in the frozen wasteland he called home.
Excitement was something he rarely ever felt anymore since Diesdrè came and stole his life away. So, when Roaringsun spotted the intruder, a smirk crept up his cheeks and his heart began to race. He waited for a moment and watched Crow. What would he do next? Would he sense the stalking tom? Where was he coming from? Questions raced through the toms head though he didn't really care to find an answer. His actions spoke what he was thinking, as he lept from the snowbanks and pushed Crow to the ground, pinning him into the snow with claws dug into the intruder's shoulders. Too bad it takes forever for blood to wash away in the snow- and even then, its forever stained a sickly pink.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk. Don't you know its bad manners to just come into someones home without introducing yourself first?" You could almost smell the sarcasm in his voice. Or maybe that was the shrew he ate a few hours ago.
