Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Hey guys! This is going to be a short plot thread between NightClan and MoonClan! After the earthquake prey is pretty scarce for NightClan, so in secret Frozenfire assembles a group of cats and they decide that Burningstar and Larkwing aren't doing enough and that they need to do something, and they decide that attacking MoonClan and stealing their prey and herbs is needed.
This thread is Frozenfire gathering together cats for the assault, and coming up with a plan of attack. This is a secret meeting as well as getting a head count of who all wants to participate! So if you're interested in having a NightClan cat go steal from MoonClan please have your cat join this rp thread! This mission will be successful and will serve to shake up relations between NightClan and MoonClan (potentially even push Phoenixstar to retaliate against NightClan).

Frozenfire batted at the scrawny mouse she'd managed to snag on her way to where she'd suggested cats could go to if they were... interested in exploring alternative solutions to NightClan's problems.
She buried the mouse. Though food had been tough to find at this time for NightClan in the aftermath of the earthquake, she wasn't about to disregard her clan, that food would go where it belonged. Though it wouldn't do much good. She curled her lip as she passed by the ruins of the old camp, on her way to a small hollow she'd discovered. She figured passing the old camp would stir up pain, regret, and encourage the cats interested in the options Burningstar and Larkwing had not tried.
The leader and deputy had left at sunhigh today. Heading to DayClan and SunClan see aid from their allies. Which meant Frozenfire could plot without concern for the leadership taking note. And plot she intended to do. If Burningstar and Larkwing weren't going to see the option in taking what they needed from their weak neighbors of MoonClan, she was going to not only recognize it. But explore it to it's fullest.
MoonClan was pitiful in comparison to Nightclan, and hadn't felt any of the effects from the quake as far as Frozenfire could tell and that made the gray she cat burn with wrath. How dare they sit pretty while NightClan suffered? They wouldn't be sitting pretty once Frozenfire was finished with them.
Frozenfire gritted her teeth as she slipped into the shadowy hollow, sitting down in the middle of the hollow tail wrapped around her paws to wait and see who would come.
Shadowfeather, unsure of what he was really getting himself into, slipped into the hollow. His pitch black fur blending in with the shadows around them. Only his green eyes indicated on where he was exactly. "I heard about your plan to make Nightclan better. I will do anything for the clan that took me in and gave me a home." His heart was obviously in the right place but he was oblivious to the real plan Frozenfire was getting ready to execute.
Frozenfire lifted her head eyes gleaming, "I am ecstatic to hear that," She purred nodding seriously. "These are difficult times for NightClan I fear, and we need to make sure that we don't crumble. We just have to rebuild ourselves up stronger than before." She glanced past him to the rest of the forest. "As soon as a few others join us we can begin," She meowed. "I do hope they don't take long," She put in a note of concern in her tone. She knew some were aware of her less than compassionate reputation, perhaps... making an effort to appear she had compassion would help... smooth the way. "Though I am confident of NightClan's ability to recover from this disaster, we need to take action. I'm sure you've noticed how poorly the prey is running."
Allencatch sulked into the hollow, following the scent of fellow NightClan cats. "Well then I'm early too." he said in an edgy tone. Although he felt conflicted going against his leader's trust, he knew something had to be done. He believed in what Frozenfire said: that MoonClan was weak in comparison to the mighty NightClan. What Clan believed in something other than StarClan?
Frozenfire purred, "Allencatch, good to have you." She said. "And I suppose it's as the saying goes, the early bird catches the worm. We'll wait a little longer to see if anyone else comes to join us."
It was only a few minutes later that Fawnleap showed up, looking a little more nervous, a little less self-assured than usual. "Is this the...thing?" she asked uselessly, feeling her cheeks begin to redden. Her throat burned. Why had she come? Because you're tired, she thought to herself, and her resolve strengthened just a little. Because you want something better for the future. Not just for you, for everyone.
Shadowfeather was surprised to see Allencatch. He had heard about how Larkwing and Allencatch worked together to run the foxes off and was surprised to see the warrior going against the leader and especially against the cat who spoke so highly of him.
Allencatch narrowed his eyes as the shadowy warrior across the hollow. "Is there a problem?" he growled. He knew what the warrior was probably thinking: what was he doing here? He had asked himself that many times on the trek here, however he kept telling himself something needed to be done. NightClan was starving, while MoonClan bathed under the light of another spirit. He didn't feel it was right that they lay unshaken by the earthquake, despite their territories being so close. Why hadn't they extended a paw for help already? He shook his fur out at a the words of another arrival, and stalked away to a far corner of the hollow.
"Now now," Frozenfire said in a placating tone of voice. "We're all here for the same reasons, we have a problem. And I have a solution our leadership.... well refuses to explore," she waved her paw as she spoke. "So we'll take the matter into our own paws. NightClan is low on prey as the earthquake seems to have driven it all to hide. Or killed it,"
"Thus we need to expand our horizons a bit, and MoonClan is perfectly ripe for the taking," Frozenfire said darkly ice blue eyes gleaming. "We already know their numbers are pathetically low, even during leafbare there was enough to feed them, us and DayClan. Imagine what its like with newleaf. Plus im betting our prey might have fled to their paws, so really we're just taking whats ours,"
Allencatch nodded. She was right. Most prey have fled the area or was killed. It only makes sense that MoonClan had had an influx of prey. "So are we just going to go over there and take it? What will the others think when we all come back smelling like MoonClan and with plentiful fresh-kill?" he asked. There was not an edge to his voice, it was a genuine question.
"We will cover our scent," Frozenfire said. "I went exploring the other day a ways out in the rogue lands. Theres a real murky pond, it stinks, but it should not only remove any scent when we raid MoonClan, itll cover our scent coming back. We'll just say we got it from that area if they ask. And we'll bring the herbs to turbulentpaw and spin some story about the bog pond being really dangerous to avoid anyone checking to see how plentiful it actually is." She said. "even though its unlikely anyone would really find it."
Fawnleap nodded along as the others explained their plans, her confidence growing by the second. "She is," she said, not quite meeting Shadowfeather's eyes. Just because she felt confident she was justified didn't mean she didn't feel a little shame that it had to come to this. "Right about the plan, I mean. It's the right thing to do."
