Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Freckledorange leapt at the trunk of the tree, his claws dealing a punish blow against the flaky bark as he leapt back and proceeded again. He was almost always training in his free time if he wasn't already on a patrol. He was kind of obsessed with going on patrols. Most DayClan cats could sit still and enjoyed having time to play and run, but Freckledorange always felt the need to be doing something productive, an anxious trigger in his mind telling him that if he stopped moving with productivity he wasn't being a good warrior. He had the muscle build of a warrior, but he clearly wasn't a clan born cat. He looked absolutely mythical, a phenomenon of perfection. His pelt had exotic patterns funneling down his slender body. In DayClan where there were no trees, but harsh sunlight his pelt looked unnatural with gorgeous hues of tangerine, marigold, amber, and blushing scarlets. His long tail that lashed back and forth with each strike against the tree was long and in the blur between strikes his tail looked like a flame.
He panted slightly taking a break from beating up the poor tree. It wasn't like DayClan had many of them, he really should spare the poor thing.

The small red tabby Tom had been out for a stroll on his own when he heard a flurry of attacks as if someone was slowly chipping away at a large object. The red gabby's ears perked with interest as he rerouted his path to investigate. The source of the sounds appeared to be a very colorful and bright Tom who clawed and attacked the tree in front of him. He was impressed the other cat had managed to find a tree sturdy enough to endure his blows and the warrior stepped forward with an amused grin.
"Remind me to never get on your bad side. What did that poor tree ever do to you?" He remarked, walking closer and circling the tree to survey its poor and beaten up condition.
"He killed my entire family," Freckledorange snickered, "It's apart of my whole dark backstory thing. Y'know, how all the clans seem to love to act all gloomy? I mean seriously, I'll never forget when we were enslaved by SunClan, went to the gathering and everyone's complaining about low fresh kill or how they're sick and it's like, okay cool, but someone want to help us?" He laughed once more, "Sorry, I've never told anyone that, but that always drove me insane."
He let out a huff of air, "And not to talk your ear off with politics since you just came by to see my beat up this murderous tree, but I still think Glowstar's kind of crazy for letting SunClan off the hook. But I also get it since there were some cats there on our side that weren't able to leave."

He regarded the Tom's words thoughtfully for a few moments before responded. "Perhaps... but it would be cruel to put us against our clanmates, littermates, children, and parents. Something tells me we would lose lives in a battle like that... I don't think Glowstar wants that." His words were slow and thoughtful but he still smiled at the other warrior as he wrapped his tail neatly around a single red paw and a single white paw.
"I may not have any family to speak of, but I would never want to fight a clanmate even if they are not officially of Dayclan any longer."
"Yeah and I get that because I know that's absolutely true, but," Freckledorange turned in the direction of SunClan's borders, "I don't know, I can't help, but want to do more for the people who are good there. Who do want to get out. Like we got our freedom, I feel bad for them. Who's going to save them? It must suck being surrounded by family, but ruled by a cruel and murderous leader."

"I won't lie, it was awful being there and I can't imagine what those cats went through, especially those who didn't make it into the clan's official ranks but.... in the end, they made a decision. There is a Dayclan to return to now and they are choosing to support and follow and bloodthirsty leader. It probably isn't so black and white for them but... unless I know more, this is the only thing I would have to say to them." He had considered only for a second about joining sunclan's ranks for protection and out of fear but had decided in the long run that Dayclan was and would always be his only home. A clan like Sunclan did not have a place for a cat like him who asked too many questions.
"I wonder why some of them stayed." He admitted, "and I still really don't get it. I don't think I ever will. It's not my place to judge them just as it's not my place to judge Foxstar. They will face their day of judgement and I won't be there to see." He wasn't stupid. In this world of wars and politics, the warrior was not important or interesting. He would fade out of this world with hardly a soul noticing so who was he to decide for those cats?
