His pure white fur appeared recently groomed and grey-masked ears alert as they watched the clan mill about. Ghostkit had not been in the Nightclan ranks long, but long enough to understand their customs and schedules. His blue eyes watched as Ironpaw made her way across the camp with a mouse in her jaws, clearly about to eat. He then turned his attention to a warrior that was about to head out on a patrol. He silently wondered when he would get to join in on the clan tasks.
Fawnleap eyed the lonely-looking kit from her sitting position a few tail-lengths away, watching his eyes trail back and forth over his Clanmates carrying out their duties. She remembered being in his position once, feeling ready to head out on her own but repeatedly told she couldn't. It had made her feel useless, unwanted - was that how that kit felt? Or was he merely bored?
Fawnleap decided she would find out for herself, having nothing much to do for the rest of the day anyway. "Hey, you!" she exclaimed, padding up to the kit with a thoughtful expression. "Ghostkit, right? Got a sec?"
Divinekit was also in a familiar position, although he didn't know it. He was always getting into trouble with his father, the black hand member having little patience for his antics. But today... well today his father wasn't here, and he was going to make the most of it.
Once he was sure that his mother was asleep, he emerged from the nursery looking over his shoulder instead of in front of him as he soon found himself headed right towards Ghostkit
