Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Amethyst shook her fur as chilling droplets found their way escaping from the swollen clouds above onto the spotted molly below. A little rain never hurt anyone, and what better time to do scent training than in the rain? The petricore drowned foreign smells to an untrained nose, thus making it harder for tyros and new combatants to hunt and mark their borders. She slender frame slipped into the abandoned twoleg nest fashioned into their dens. She spotted a gaggle of young tyros and scanned the lot for her new apprentice. Once golden eyes locked on she didn't hesitate to call the younger molly with a cool tone, "Katara-kepa. It's time to go."
The silver she-cat made her way over to her mentor. She felt mild relief that she had a new mentor. Her last one hadn't done much with her, other than show her the Territory before vanishing. She gave her mentor a small smile as she made her way over to her.
Amethyst gave her new trainee a slight nod of acknowledgment. "Are you familiar with our territory? We're going to be marking our borders today. Although none of the forest clans border us, we still must worry about rogues and other animals around the area. We must be swift. Are you okay with that?" She raised a brow.
Amethyst shook her head. "Three times? What a shame." She sighed loudly. "Come, let's move quickly before the rain gets heavier. It'll wash away our scents and markers if we don't go fast."
Without another word, the molly moved swiftly from the abandoned twoleg nest and into the larger abandoned city. She moved slower as she got closer to the city fence-line, looking back as she waited for Katara-kepa to keep up.
The Trainee frowned at her new mentor's words, though she agreed. It was a shame that her previous mentor hadn't taught her anything. She followed the other she-cat.
