Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Pebblefur walked through the forest, the ground lit up with each step she took. Lightening bugs lit up the forest along with a dim glow of the moon. Glowing butterflies flew around her, beams of light leaving a trail where they had previously flown. She laughed as she chased them, feeling weightless. They lead her further into the forest, the trees getting thicker until she couldn't see the night sky anymore. She skidded to a halt when she heard a cry for help. The butterflies faded into the darkness as she swerved from her path and followed the sound of the cry. A spot light, that she assumed was created by the moon, lit up a tom cat with familiar gray fur turned away from her. As she neared, she realized who it was. It was Mallowfur! Her mate that had mysteriously gone missing when the clan was sick. She had thought that maybe the tom had become sick and didn't want her to see him dying. What was he doing here? Had he returned to her?
"Mallowfur?" she called to him, shaking.
The gray tom turned his head slowly to look at her but when he turned to her, her heart leaped into her throat when she noticed that he didn't have any eyes. He opened his mouth and let out a horrifying, blood curdling screech and blood poured from his mouth.
Pebblefur woke in her nest, screaming and in total panic. "NO! NO!" she screeched, tears flowing from her eyes.

Daggerjuggler just happened to be one of the warriors in a nest near hers and his blonde fur stood on end as he jumped up at the sudden exclamation, looking around as if for some intruder or grand event. That's when he realized it was Pebblefur in her nest, screeching and screaming about something only she could see or hear. Rushing over, he stood next to her nest with wide eyes. Was it the mind sickness or just a dream? They couldn't always tell the two apart but maybe they were different? "Are you okay?" He asked, sniffing. All he could smell in the den this days was both the stale and fresh scents of terror.
She stood in her nest, shaking with wide eyes staring in horror. After a few moments of deep breaths, she managed to speak at last. "I-I'm so sorry, Daggerjuggler. I'm sure it was just a bad dream..." She calmed herself enough to sit down and begin relaxing again, though the memory was still vivid in her mind.

The blonde tom shook his head at her apology. "There is no need to apologize. You do not have control over this. Are you okay? Would you like me to bring Greythorn in?" He asked, green eyes clouded with concern for his clanmate. This sickness was worsening and he could not help but fear for his kits. He may have no real connection to any of their mothers but he loved and cared for the kits and this mind sickness made him nervous.
