Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Raj, beautiful, but perhaps not as heart stopping as his uncle. A tom seemingly built for the purpose to capture the grace of his own movements. Nothing wasted within his actions, eyes sharp; truly intimidating. A reputation for a sharp snide tongue that preceded him. Bitter for the sake of balancing out others sweet often painting him with the status of a loner rather he wished it or not. Though if any took the time to ask if he minded the answer would be no. The tom appreciating his frequent solitude, though he also wasn't opposed to the occasional company.
It was often just a matter of finding another bold enough to approach him despite word of his sharp words spreading through the ranks.
Maplenose was still new to the clan, having been brought in only a week ago with severe injuries. She was recovering wonderfully, though, and was out strolling through camp with a small smile playing on her features. It was a beautiful day out, with the sun shining down upon SummerClan in a comfortable heat, and small little buds of plants and grass were shooting up through the ground. With a purr, the she-cat dropped onto her back and began to wiggle about, taking in the sunshine.
Lifting herself back onto her paws, her gaze swept over camp. Anxiety blossomed in her chest as she remembered she was tasked with something to do: make friends. Finding the cat closest to her, which happened to be Raj, Maplenose made her way over to him and let out a 'mrrow' of greeting.
Turning his gaze towards her he slowly blinked his intensely colored eyes. "Hello," he returned, trying to place her name. He knew she was an outsider from, he thought perhaps Springclan. But at the same time he couldn't be sure, having never payed much attention to it. The knowledge had been gathered from overheard bits of conversation and simply observing her a few times and seeing the uncertainty in her movements. "Do you need something? Have a question?" Raj queried.
"I, uh," She began, looking down at her paws. She didn't know quite what to say. She was born into SpringClan, having been raised besides warriors she used to call her friends. And now, here she was, without her friends and without her clan, all caused by the paws of Skeletonkey. Her fur bristled at the thought of him. Besides that, rumor has it that she had gotten out just in time; SpringClan had fallen to rogues. Her heart throbbed at the thought of her poor kits, Obsidiankit and Topazkit, being alone without their mother there to guide them. A thought passed through her mind as she pondered whether or not she should return to SpringClan momentarily, only long enough to grab her kits and leave; tragic times called for drastic measures.
"No question, no. Just simply looking for a conversation."
