Birchpaw sat with his tail wrapped neatly around his paws. His smokey grey-black fur was mostly groomed after this morning's dawn patrol, but there were tufts of fluffy fur sticking up here and there. He drew one paw over his tapered ears and blinked warmly at the sunlight that was rising high in the sky. The warmth seeped slowly into his dark fur, causing a chill to run down his back. Greenleaf was finally making it's appearance. He let out a sigh, his breath forming steam against the cool breeze that was soon to get overridden by the heat of the sun. It was a beautiful morning in Summerclan.
