Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Wolfriot woke with a start, the morning light having just washed over his face. The tom grumbled, contemplating on curling back up and catching a few more moments of sleep. The heavy, warm scent still hung in the air but was driven away but a cool breeze. Letting out a groan, the grey tabby got to his paws and pushed his way out of the den. Once in the clearing, Wolfriot pulled his body out in a long stretch, claws digging into the ground with satisfaction.
While most cats were begining to sleep as the sun began to rise, Divinekit was still wide awake. He had been up all night, and wasn't yet ready to join his littermates in the nest. As his adoptive mother drifted off, he carefully untangles himself from his siblings limbs and trotted out into the clearing. The camp was rather quite, for most NightClan cats slept during the night.
The only cat he saw was the grey tabby Wolfriot. He had seen him around camp, but any time Divinekit tried to speak to the older warriors he was always chastized by his father Coyoteway. Seeing and oppertunity to speak with a warrior, he made his way over peering curiously "Hiya, watcha doin?"
Jumping in surprise at the sudden small voice, Wolfriot let out an hiss of embarrassment when he realized he had been snuck up on by a kit. Dropping down onto his belly, the large tom cracked and grin and said, "Well you're going to be a great hunter one day, I had no idea you were there until you said something!"
The little white tom's bob tail wagged back and forth as his shrill laughter made it's way out of his lips "That's funny, daddy says I walk loud enough to wake the dead" His father always found fault with Divinekit, but then again he was a black hand member. He had impossible to reach standards for his children. All Divinekit wanted to do was impress him, but it seemed like that would never happen.
