"Knock Knock." Came Goldrush's voice as he stood at the entrance to his friend and leaders den. He held a bundle in his mouth he had prepared for her. Over the past few days he had sensed her ebbing unease an anxiety.

Violetstar furrowed her brows, smile fading. “I shouldn’t.” She was supposed to be able to handle everything, right? Why would she want to numb herself and seem weak..?

Violetstar frowned, her gaze drifting away from her friend. Silence followed for some time, before her voice cracked and managed to push itself from her mouth. “How... can I sleep.. when every time I close my eyes... I see them...”
