Swiftstorm has sent Sightline, Emberburn, Corruptsong, and Snowshod to NightClan to lead their leader, Burningstar, to the Moon creek. EllablueCleaverJetclaw
Emberburn sat patiently just outside the camp entrance with his tail curled over his paws, they were tasked with leading Burningstar to the Moon Creek. He licked a paw and drew it over his ears, getting in a quick groom before the rest of the patrol arrived.
(Fair warning to patrol members of MoonClan, while I will have Burningstar as part of a border patrol on NightClan's territory, she is not going to be escorted by a patrol to Mooncreek if they just say so. There will need to be some deception, or we possibly even go the route of her imprisoning the MoonClan patrol and she gets the information out of them about their intentions to lead the pride leaders to Mooncreek, the patrol likely won't know why Swiftstar has asked them to do that. But burning suspects it's a trap for the pride leaders and then goes because she fears for her allies. So it's up to you guys how you'd like to proceed, but just a heads up that's the two ways I'm thinking this patrol might go. Also don't worry your cats won't be like kept prisoner for long, if we wind up down that route we'll have them released pretty immediately.)
Burningstar was leading a patrol that began to follow the NightClan/MoonClan border the ginger she cat casting a glance over towards MoonClan's territory. Her eyes narrowed, they'd take their time with this part of the patrol. She knew MoonClan cats were chafing under the hold. With Glowstar having informed her that DayClan was withdrawing their hunting patrols from MoonClan, no longer needing to use their territory as leafbare had ended.
It was time for the Pride to consider whether they were going to keep the colony or not. And it was something that needed consideration soon.
Emberburn turned his gaze onto Sightline, offering a confident smile. "We'll figure it out somehow, there's probably going to be some fighting involved." he added nonchalantly with a shrug. Truthfully Emberburn had no idea how this patrol was going to go but he wasn't overly worried about it.
