Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
1) The sun had barely set when Crescentpaw woke up, blinking sleep from his sapphire eyes in the low light of the apprentice's den. After a moment of fuzzy confusion, he stood and stretched, turning to his sister and nudging her until her amber eyes opened drowsily.
"Why are you waking me up so early?" Lusterpaw wrinkled her nose, eyeing the dying light outside. Crescentpaw just huffed in response, watching impatiently until she rose to her feet as well. "Fine, let's go. I'm hungry." The inky she cat said, leading her brother to the fresh-kill pile.
2) "It's going to be a wonderful night to learn battle moves and hunting techniques!" Pinepaw practically sang as she skipped over to her denmates. Crescentpaw looked alert while his sister, Lusterpaw, did not, but that didn't stop Pinepaw's cheerfulness. "Battle practice is my favorite! What about you guys? What's your favorite thing to learn?" she blurted out, barely able to contain her excitement.
3) Crescentpaw flashed Pinepaw one of his winning smiles, amused by the she-cats energy. "I enjoy battle practice as well. Fighting is really my style I think, so straight forward and power based."
"You would enjoy battling, you brute." Lusterpaw's voice was gruff until she realized Pinepaw wouldn't understand like Crescentpaw would. A faint smile crossed her lips, affection for her brother in her eyes. "Personally I like hunting. I'm much stealthier than I am strong."
4) Pinepaw returned Crescentpaw and Lusterpaw's smile. "I haven't seen the stream yet. I'm tempted to sneak out before training to visit it." she stated, fixing her denmates with a slightly challenging stare, hoping they'd be brave enough to go with her.

Lusterpaw's brows drew together, her mouth puckering in distaste. "Sneak out? That doesn't sound smart. I think we should-"
"We'll go." Crescentpaw spoke over his sister, who shot him a disgruntled look. "Lead the way, Pinepaw. It's smart to get to know the territory beforehand."
Pinepaw fixed her gaze onto Lusterpaw. "But you should come with us! Crescentpaw is right we should learn the territory beforehand and if we run into trouble it's best to have extra paws to help." She added, hoping that would convince Lusterpaw to join her and Crescentpaw.
( how do you get your response in that awesome little picture box? LOL )
Pinepaw gave a half smile before darting quickly out of camp and into the territory. She took in the sounds and smells of the forest before her, before heading off in the direction of the stream, glancing over her shoulder at Crescentpaw and Lusterpaw. "Wanna race on the way there?" she asked.

Pinepaw's suggestion made Lusterpaw grin, if only for a moment. "I will crush you both in a race." She responded, trotting behind the other she-cat. "So as long as you're okay with losing, I guess we could race."
Crescentpaw rolled his eyes at his sister, sticking his tongue out in a mockery of her. "Please. You'd get third in the race."
Lusterpaw's face illuminated in a grin and she bounded off after Pinepaw, long fur whipping back in the wind. Crescentpaw followed- he was slower than the she-cats and he knew it, so he used his position at the back to observe the developing competition.
There was little that brought Lusterpaw as much vibrancy as running did. She streaked like a shadow, darting among the trees as she gained on Pinepaw. "Don't slip!" She teased, amber eyes bright in the moonlight.
"Not likely!" the dark red she-cat replied with a laugh, quickly glancing over her shoulder and noticing that Lusterpaw was gaining on her. Pinepaw increased her speed as she darted through the well used paths of the forest. Before long she was able to pick out the distant sound of the stream. Rushing water was one of the most calming sounds to Pinepaw but she knew it meant that they weren't too far away from the water either. "I can hear the stream!" she called back to Lusterpaw and Crescentpaw.
"So can I!" Lusterpaw called from just a few feet behind Pinepaw, the shadow of her figure still gaining on the other she-cat. Crescentpaw found himself panting- he never did like running that much, and slowed a bit further to conserve his energy.
Lusterpaw finished in a close second, screeching to a halt beside the powerful flow of the stream. Her shoulders heaved as she caught her breath, grinning despite her loss. "Good job." She smiled faintly at Pinepaw, tail tip twitching.
"Thanks!" Pinepaw returned the smile and glanced over her shoulder to see where Crescentpaw was. "I wonder if our mentors will teach us to fish..." she wondered aloud.
"We could try itfor ourselves today." Lusterpaw wondered if the endorphins from the run were making her brave, but she didn't feel like returning to camp for a while. The thundering in the woods came to a halt as the dark form of her brother screeched to a stop in front of the two she-cats.
"You guys are too fast for me." Crescentpaw huffed, sticking out his tongue as he attempted to catch his breath. "I never want to race you guys again."
Pinepaw laughed at Crescentpaw's remark before briefly glancing at the water again. "Okay!" She replied enthusiastically to Lusterpaw. "Crescentpaw, do you want to try and fish?" She asked. "I'm going to stick to the shallow end of the water though because I haven't learned how to swim yet." She stated, not wanting to get dragged away by the current.
