Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It wasn't hard to tell that Divinekit was going to be a handful as he got older. He was only a few moons old, and he was already doing things that most apprentices wouldn't dare. That was how he had found himself in this predicament, starting down at the forest floor from the branch he was perched on.
When his adoptive mother had been busy with his siblings, he manage to slip away unnoticed and made it just out of camp.He hadn't really gotten all that far, just to one of the trees that stood guard just outside the entrance. Instead of venturing farther, he made up his mind that he would get a better view of the lands if he could get higher up. That was true, but for an untrained and young kit it was also a dangerous idea.
He had managed to clumsily scramble up to the first branch, precariously balancing on the thin platform below him. A larger cat would have snapped it, but with him being so light it allowed him to remain safely in the tree. He didn't really realize the danger he was in as he eyes the next branch, determined to make his way even higher.
“Divinekit what are you doing!” Beetlepaw gasped the small (compared to warriors at least) black Tom hurried over to him. He still had wrappings covering his injuries but he could still move now despite his injuries he’d gotten from the fox.
Echopaw joined Beetlepaw at the base of the tree, her bright green eyes widened in shock. "Divinekit! Get down here before you fall!" The little black and white she-cat leaned against the tree, keeping her forepaws on the trunk. She was contemplating on climbing up after the kit herself. What was he thinking? He could fall and get hurt...or worse.
"I'm exploring" he declared proudly as the two apprentices came running over to the tree that he was in. He wasn't all that high up, but for a kit such a fall could easily break a leg or worse. His little bobbed tail waved back and forth in excitment, boldly leaping onto the trunk of the tree, his small claws digging into the bark as he tried to pull himself upwards.
"You worry to much, I'm not going to fall silly heads" he was confident if nothing else, with little fear. He was deffinitly the most adventerous of his litter, always taking risks that others were to afraid of. He was determined to reach the next branch, even though his muscles were not strong enough to endure his entire body weight, nor was he using a good technique for climbing. Most of his weight rested on his front paws, as he tried to pull himself upwards.
