Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
DayClan had finally made the trek back to their camp and now life had almost returned back to normal. Prey was returning and the warmth of the sun was offering some ease to the hardships they had previously suffered by NightClan, BrookClan, and SunClan capturing them. Since then SunClan had given DayClan MoonClan's entire territory as an apology gift of sorts. Glowstar had accepted the apology as they had been starving during leafbare, but in a few days new leaf would arrive and they would be able to let go of MoonClan.
Glowstar got up from beneath the tree she had been lying under and walked over to pointed stones, "Everyone, I have an announcement. Now that we're back in camp our hunting patrols have been bringing back plentiful amounts of prey. Although MoonClan's territory is ours due to our alliance with SunClan and NightClan I would like our hunting parties to not stray into their territory and for only border patrols to step onto MoonClan's land to ensure no outsiders are bothering them."
For a moment Glowstar seemed done, but suddenly narrowed her eyes, "On another note. I've heard of some clan cats harassing MoonClan warriors. I want to make it very clear that if someone here should decide to bully MoonClan warriors you will be on apprentice duties for two moons in MoonClan. But I trust that you all have been respectful until proven otherwise. I've been very proud of all of you this leafbare."
In The Background
Loki, Yellowmoon, Traitor, and Chronos sat in front of Angelpaw, Chaoticpaw, and Hostilepaw.
"Did you three grab the right herbs? All the cats are focused on Glowstar now is the time for you to stay low and sneak those herbs in," Traitor hissed.
In all their lives and after lives cats like them hardly had a break, but thanks to them being spirit guides only other apprentices could see them. The only sign of the Dark Forest cats presence was the way the shadows seemed to wick around them.
Vixenpaw kept her eyes on Glowstar, focusing on reading her lips. While she was a Medicine Cat Apprentice, she still needed to know what the other members knew.
The russet apprentice curled his tail around his paws, listening carefully to the leader. He was surprised they weren't given full permission to explore the territory as they liked, but he didn't mind so much either; one territory was enough to learn! He had a lot to do, and he had barely any free time to kill anyway, so he wasn't going to spend that much time in MoonClan. Brakepaw smiled a little, his chest swelling with pride when Glowstar said she was proud. You have no idea!

"I think you're overestimated some of your clanmates if you think they'll stay respectful." A voice drawled from the entrance. It had been moons since she'd been seen on DayClan's territory, but it seemed she was back, if only for today. Wanderingwight had mysteriously disappeared right before DayClan had been taken over, and though there were reports of cats having seen a cat that fit the scarred feline's unique description, only a few cats could have stated confidently that she was, in fact, alive. Her mother certainly wasn't one of them, but that was it's own matter. The russet and ebony laced feline stepped into the camp nonchalantly, as though she'd never been gone at all, her scent bland and untraceable, save for the seawater scent that clung to her fur.
Hostilepaw was an interesting cat, for her personality had split in two at a young age, and depending on which of the feline's personalities were in charge, she was a very different cat. Hostilepaw, as cats would identify her, was kind and caring, diplomatic and carefree. But her alter, known as Alayla, was in many ways an opposite. Her goal, of course, was to keep Hostilepaw safe, yet at the same time, she surfaced when Hostilepaw struggled, making her a bitter, aggressive feline to counteract the other's too gentle demeanor. Somehow, some way, they'd been roped into this mess, and Alayla was out to play. She nodded silently, glancing at the others to see their reactions.
Coulterspring was unsure of what was going on. She heard her leaders words and seemed to be comforted until Wanderingwight strode into camp. She seemed to own the place. She did not smell of her clan. Her fur bristled and her claws became unconsciously unsheathed.

Fia Cendrillon, in stark contrast to Coulterspring's reaction, immediately jumped to her paws, bounding over to Wanderingwight, and nuzzling against her, much to the newcomers very, very, apparent displeasure. At least she didn't push the smoke and ash warrior away. "Mom!" She cheered, willfully ignorant of the look that she was given at choosing to call the feline her parent. Of course, this only made things more confusing, seeing as Fia Cendrillon was Glowstar's granddaughter, so everyone knew. Adopted granddaughter, but family nonetheless.
Rubyflame nodded to Wanderingwight when she entered, she wasn't very close with Glowstar's daughter, knew she kept to herself and was an intimidating and fearsome presence that often lurked at the edges of DayClan life. But it was good to see she was alive... she would've liked her to be allright but from what she had gleaned about the she cat she was far from all right it seemed.
Illuminatedpath nodded along to what Glowstar was saying, he'd been going to MoonClan territory to hunt during leafbare, but he'd taken care to avoid MoonClan cats. Their hostility made a lot more sense if they were being aggravated on top of being held in the pride's power.
Glowstar's gaze turned on the new voice, but suddenly she gasped, "Nav- Senescence! Pumpkin paws, where have you been? Oh my gosh, guys this is my daughter Wanderingwight, it's been a while so some of you may not even know her," Glowstar introduced despite having just called this cat about four different names so who was to even say what this cats real name was at this point, "Have you grown? I think you've grown, I know that's impossible," She said with a playful wave of her paw, "But I think you have. Did you have fun sweetie heart? Ugh, tell me all about it."
Glowstar was constantly enthralled with her kits. So much so that she didn't even process what Wanderingwight had said and now was apparently just lying on pointed stones not dismissing her clan meeting and was apparently just going to force her clan to listen to Wanderingwight's supposedly riveting story. Apparently it was going to be a long story because Glowstar actually lied down and looked intently at Wanderingwight for her to share. After all what mom didn't think their kit was the best and felt everyone around her must think the same too?
"Ugh. Look at my son over there. Stupid Eternallaughter, thinking he actually can belong there. With that face? It's too much like his fathers. This is why he can't find a mate you know," Yellowmoon said, she gave a passive shrug before turning to Hostilepaw, Chaoticpaw, and Angelpaw, "You three better be careful about him, even if he wasn't a council member, he would be apart of the bright brigade. If you three aren't careful you will be caught. Now get those herbs over there. Traitor, Chronos and Loki will keep a look out and I'll make sure you'll store it in the right location."

Wanderingwight stood there, staring at her mother with a deadpan expression as Fia nuzzled her, and Glowstar called her far too many names. "Well, that's... a greeting, I suppose." She stated dismissively, eyeing Green much like she'd grown a second head. "You'll be happy to know Vera has left the League, though her family remains in certain positions of power. Solaris E'tan is the new Nemesis." The heavily scarred feline had considered saving that particular announcement for a more private moment, but to be quite honest, she didn't care if the clans knew. They'd find out soon enough, and the name of the one who told them wasn't attached to her own in the League. Of course, it sort of implied her whereabouts for the past few moons were as a part of Primal Instinct, but that was none too surprising. Green came from the League, and her daughter did as well. Let them think she was spying or something of the sort. Come to their own conclusions, as they usually did.
Ironically, she didn't mind recounting some of what was going on. May as well with everyone here. Usually, she kept to herself, but she had already expected an audience at her arrival, and she'd certainly gotten one. "After Cyra, she could never find a good kit of her own to succeed her as Nemesis, so she picked Solaris, a non-relative at the last possible moment. Her sister's line hold the rank of Shaman, and her son's holds the Assassin line. Aconite is the Warden, and three new Proxies have been named as well. If you're going to look for them however, they're no longer on their old territory. The prey went bad and they've moved to an Isle a ways from here. A new rank has also been established. A researcher position, headed by one of Vera's kits, and one of her kits also holds the trainee form of the position. That would be Sable-chan. She's also one of Under's kits, if you haven't already heard that he had some with the League's former Nemesis." What she said wasn't really much of a story, but it did give invaluable insight as to who held what rank, mostly relatives of Vera. The last line however, was perhaps the most important. Under, one of Glowstar's other kits, had had a litter with Vera. Maybe the DayClan leader had already learned about that, but Senescence had been gone for more than a season, so who knew really?
The only sticky thing about this little explanation was that it put Wanderingwight in an incredibly, incredibly dangerous position. If word got back to the League that she'd spilled their secrets, she'd be killed. Of course, her mere presence here was enough to do that as well, so what did it matter, in the end. She didn't really trust them to keep quiet, though she expected Glowstar to have them try.
Chaoticpaw looked up from the ground and scowled at Yellowmoon upon hearing her words. "We won't get caught," he muttered, moving to stand and gesturing for the others to follow. "How hard can it be? Get herbs, put in den, leave den." Still, he knew there was always a risk, however small, of being discovered; he had a few backup plans to try and pin the whole thing on the other apprentices if they did happen to get caught, but he put them out of his mind for now as he gave Hostilepaw and Angelpaw a glance. "Let's go, then."
Windchaser had been listening to Glowstar next to her mate, Illuminatedpath when Glowstar's announcement was cut off by an unexpected surprise visit from one of her daughters. Windchaser remembered Wanderingwight and had been wondering where she had gone off to. She didn't know the cat very well and was merely made a warrior when the she-cat had left. She supposed she was glad that she was okay, considering that she was her role-model's daughter. However, there was something about Wanderingwight that made her feel a little uncomfortable but she couldn't place it. Maybe she was being paranoid. Maybe it is because she is from the league and knew many secrets about them and about Dayclan. Perhaps that was what made her uncomfortable. But she couldn't for sure say. She was still Glowstar's daughter and would still be welcomed back to Dayclan, nonetheless.
Angelpaw blinked, before nodding to Chaoticpaw. "Can't be that hard," she meowed, her voice sweet. And even if they managed to get caught, she was an expert liar. She could just tell her mother that she was looking for a herb to help her little paw. She could feign a limp. It would be easy. Her lips twitched slightly, before she found herself moving towards the direction of the herbs. She picked them up carefully, before looking for her next instruction.
"You tell the most beautiful tales," Glowstar said with a gentle sigh before getting up, "Alright everyone, that's all my announcements. Oh and please, stop bringing back shriveled up apples to the fresh kill pile. They're not edible and we're not starving anymore."
Loki, one of the dark forest cats watched as Glowstar leapt off from her perch and quickly forced a sharp rock to jut out awkwardly watching as Glowstar's limb slit open. Quickly he darted back as if he could be seen when he was invisible to anyone, but apprentices. Glowstar glared at the rock, "Windchaser. I want this sharp stone executed. Even though I literally call my announcement area pointed stones. But I basically just want it thrown out and that really hurt so I don't have time to chuck it out of here and it would be a nice thing for you to do if you could throw it."
Glowstar walked towards the medicine cat and Yellowmoon wasn't one to not take notice.
Yellowmoon whipped her head back to face the apprentices, "Then get to it!" Yellowmoon hissed at them, her grey tail swished forward signalling for the apprentices to get going with the herbs.
Angelpaw blinked as she watched her mother get injured. There was a part of her that felt badly about this, another part that was amused at her pain and her response to pain, and a third part that knew that she had a job to be done. Ready to do said job, she turned away from the scene that had temporarily grabbed her attention and moved to complete her task; to sabatoge the medicine den.
“Hey Vixenpaw, do you have anything for this gash?” Glowstar asked deciding it wasn’t life threatening and it would probably be a good time for Vixenpaw to practice what she learned. Yellowmoon nodded to Angelpaw, now was the time to plant the deadly herbs for Flyingcolors and Glowstar to discover upon walking in. She looked to Angelpaw, “Don’t forget to rub the herb in Vixenpaw’s nest so it has her scent.”
