Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Fish, how did we finally convince them to give us a cat to train?" the teacup sized she-cat asked to the stuffed bear that she carried on her shoulders. It was nearly as big as she was, if not bigger, but Fish never left her side. "Fish, make sure you tell her anything I forget, okay?" Her whiskers flicked as she padded to the training clearing. She had told the young cat to meet her here. This was for two reasons. One, although Citadel wasn't quite all there, she was conciosu enough to know that she had to establish a baseline for the skill level the cat had. Nadine hadn't been born in BrookClan. She didn't know what she knew or didn't. The second was because Tasman had said specifically that she wasn't allowed to take Nadine out of places that the two could be watched until she and Rune trusted her a little bit more not to kill the small cat. It was fine, though, for now. And who knew, maybe she could sneak her out of the hollow so that she, Nadine and Fish could do something a little more entertaining.
She was already waiting in the center of the clearing, curling up tight with her white chin resting on her paws and plumed tail curled loosely around her small figure. As she spotted her mentor finally approaching, she smoothly rose to her paws, poised with a light smile on her features, hesitantly warm. Citadel was a stranger to her in more ways than one, and she wasn't quite sure that to expect from the unorthodox mentor, leading her to wonder exactly why they'd been paired together. Was there something secretly powerful about Citadel, and her toy was merely a trick, a disguise? Or was this simply her punishment from Tasman?
Her head tilted to the side and bowed respectfully as Nadine looked up at her mentor and spoke softly. "Good morning, Citadel."
