Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Glowstar walked up beside her daughter giving her a small nuzzle against the cheek, "I got a little favor to ask you. We have a new apprentice named Kinkedpaw, she's Wispyfeather's daughter, but I sort of kind of kidnapped her and took her to Renegade while SunClan was... Taking care of DayClan."
She hadn't exactly told Angelpaw that SunClan had taken over DayClan. More so explained that they were helping, after all Angelpaw was a kitten at the time and her dad was a SunClan warrior. She didn't want to put him in a bad light. Nor did she want Anngelpaw to hate anyone in SunClan especially when half the time they were just followers and not so many believers in SunClan's cause.
"So she stayed in Renegade Regime for a while, but now has come back home to DayClan. I was hoping you could be real super duper polite and show her around. Maybe take her on a hunt. You're a new apprentice too so maybe you can relate to her a bit. Pretty please? For me?" Glowstar asked with a playful smirk.
Angelpaw looked at her mother. Out of all cats, it was probably not ideal to send the beautiful golden apprentice out to show a new cat around. Glowstar should know this. Afterall, she had the blood of her mother in her; this meat that she had a penchant for the darker things in life. She was a master enchantress, though, a girl of many faces. Perhaps her mother and mentor was just giving her an opportunity to sharpen these skills, to assure that she was perfectly able to convince cats to put their trust in her. Or, maybe her mother had just not gotten word that in "playing" with a kitten, Angelpaw had once convinced a tom-kit to jump into freezing cold water, encouraging him to make what ended up being the leap to his death. Even if this was true, and Glowstar wasn't yet fully aware of what she was capable of, it seemed strange to think that Glowstar would think little Angelpaw was an angel.
"Super duper polite is probably pushing it," she meowed after her extended look at her mother. She stretched out her legs into a standing position, a yawn parting from her lips. "I guess I can do it, though," she meowed with a shrug of her shoulders. "I've got nothing better to do today probably. And it could be fun." It probably wouldn't b, if Angelpaw was to put on her best face, but who was to say that was her plan?
