Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
OBJECTIVE : Eternalstar is sending a group of Springclan cats over to Nightclan to invite their black hand members to tour the territory and chat. She knows that Nightclan's leader Burningstar is suspicious of her, and logically assumes they might send their Black Hand to try and spy. So she decides to make the first move and bluff. These Springclan cats are her fiercest warriors, and ones she doesn't worry will be outmaneuvered. So use a character who is clever, and on top of things, good in a fight. Though they have instructions not to fight. But instead make the Black Hand members think Springclan is unbothered by their interest and unworried.
A pale brown she-cat sat by the camp entrance slowly drawing a paw over her ears, her darker spots and darker legs helped to camouflage her when she was either hunting or out and about the territory. She was known to be cold and ambitious, two traits that weren't often found in SpringClan cats, which of course, didn't help to win her Clanmate's trust. Spottedfox, was, however, clever and quick in battle, a fierce warrior and she wouldn't back down from a fight. She reveled in the thought that it probably hadn't taken Eternalstar and Cardinalheart long to decide that she should in fact be on the patrol to NightClan.
The next to arrive was, of course, Glaniur. He sashayed up to Spottedfox, his lips turned up into his signature grin. Once upon a time, he had been the leader of Nightclan, and thus he knew the territory quite well. Needless to say, he had no loyalties to his former clan, and had left in the middle of the night because he simply lost interest. He was unsure if Eternalstar knew about his former position as leader, but had to assume she did. After all, it wasnt like he made a secret of it, and he knew that many knew his name by now. He sat, curling his tail around his paws, as if he hadn't a care in the world.
Delirium, mother of Hystericplague and Manicmadness, lost soul found wandering among shadows and old ghost. Brought into the clan simply so the leader could have control of her sons. Long pure white fur soft and pristine, a bold claim to others to try and ruin it. She looks nothing like a warrior should, but if one knew her history they might reconsider tossing her aside so quickly. The madness that plagued her stolen kits ran strong within her. A willingness to fight until her skin was flayed and laugh in the face of those who might ruin her. All hidden behind a soft motherly package; one being gifted to the Nightclan cats in hopes of fooling them.
Spottedfox nodded an acknowledgement to Glaniur and Delirium, this was going to be an interesting patrol, it was made up of skilled warriors but yet unsuspecting enough to cause Burningstar and NightClan's Black Hand any suspicion.
"Come along then. If she assigned anyone else it seems they'll have to catch up to us." Delirium hummed with a small shrug as she set off. While she wasn't assigned leader of the patrol she had no qualms about taking the lead. The sooner they got this over with the sooner Eternalstar would stop breathing down everyone's necks with her paranoid talk of attack and watching every shadow. Honestly she was almost tempted to recommend her son give the leader something to at-least relax a little.
With a sideways glance around the camp, scanning to see if anyone else was moving to join them, Spottedfox followed Delirium out of the camp and into the forest. She felt the adrenaline start to kick in and began to actually feel excited for this little trip.
Scanning the faces of Delirium and Spottedfox, Glaniur sped up his pace slightly to match that of Delirium's. "So. Know much about the Black Hand?" he yawned, seeming to not really care about the answer. He faced forward, but, even in their own territory, his senses were alert, watching out for any danger that may come their way. He had been taught to never believe he was safe.
"Not much at all truthfully." She responded with a small shrug. "I know they personally report to Burningstar. And they seem to be almost their own faction." From what she had gathered from snooping at the gathering the black hand members were proud cats. Seemed to act independently almost and she was unsure if they took orders from Burningstar or just made their own decisions towards what they were going to do.
"The Black Hand is NightClan's five best warriors and they pretty much do exactly what Delirium just stated." Spottedfox added. "They're skilled and smart and they'll be the first to pick up on it if they sense we are deceiving them."
On NightClan's western border Soaringbird, Burningstar's sister along with being one of the members of the Black Hand was leading a patrol. The silver and white tabby she cat wanted to make sure that any traces of trouble on the border was taken care of. With her were a few other cats who took care to check around. They'd had foxes in the area a while ago, and wanted to make certain the beasts were gone for good.
Didn't need any such threats for NightClan, when they had to keep a leash on their Pride Colony of MoonClan as their neighbors.
Echopaw went along with the patrol, voluntarily. She kept close to Soaringbird, her ears pricked for anything unusual. She had heard about the foxes on the territory and one of the apprentices were badly hurt by them. Honestly, she was quite nervous about meeting one of them but she kept her composure.

NightClan
Bruniaberry was not part of the patrol Soaringbird was leading. She never seemed to join the patrols. The young Black Hand member preferring her own company. She was lounging in the trees along the border when she saw the patrol coming. Her tail hunt over the branch and swayed as she watched.
SPRING The beautiful white she-cat slowed as she reached Nightclan's borders, stopping at the invisible boundary. Bright golden eyes flickering along it as she watched for movement, and ear twitching. The smell of Nightclan was fresh meaning their were cats nearby or they had just missed a patrol. But she was in no rush for the Nightclan cats to come around. So she easily settled into a sitting position and starting grooming her long fur. The former rouge humming a light tune as she sent the silent signal for the others to settle in and wait.
Spottedfox crouched down in the undergrowth, her spotted pelt helping to her blend into her surroundings, she fixed her pale green gaze onto the NightClan border.

Bruniaberry cast her gaze from the border to the patrol slowly approaching. She rose to her paws as interested sparked. What was SpringClan doing at the border? Waiting? For what? Or whom? Brunia's tail swayed with more emphasis as she dug her claws into the branch with anticipation.
Night Soaringbird detected the scent of SpringClan, made familiar by cats whod served guard shifts in SunClan during spring's imprisonment. She lifted her tail to her patrol members to alert them something was up before striding forwards. Upon emerging from the undergrowth she strode up to them. "Well this is a surprise," Soaringbird noted scanning the patrol. "Wasn't expecting you in our neck of the woods." She said.
Spottedfox rose to her paws casually and strode up to Soaringbird. "Greetings," she said evenly. "We were waiting for you, actually." she stated. She paused glancing at her patrol before continuing on. "Eternalstar would like to extend an invitation to your Black Hand to take a tour of SpringClan's territory and for a friendly chat."
For once in the tom's life, Glaniur remained quiet, happy to let Spottedfox do the talking. For now. Instead, he made his way to her side with a grin, although it seemed to lack much warmth.

"Oh my." Bruniaberry purred as she leapt from the branches to the forest floor. Things had just gotten interesting. The Persian she-cat quietly pulled up behind her clans patrol to get a better listen.
