Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Effluentpaw stared up at her mother aghast. Still weak from her kitting and squirreled away inside the leaders den to hide the fact she had even had kits. Originally Fawnheart had promised to help her hide away either out far in the territory or even outside of it. But her mother had sent Fawnheart away, and burst Effluentpaw's bubble by revealing she had known her daughter was pregnant. And now she wanted to doom them to early graves.
"We can't send them to Sunclan! They'll kill them! They were just born!" She snapped viciously. For once standing up to her mother.
"They need to repent for your sins Effluentpaw." Eternalstar's voice was slicker than oil, her expression exasperated, as if her daughter was the one being unreasonable. "We will start training them now to act, so when we send them off they will slip through the cracks. I shall send my actors and the Thespian to give them lessons." Giving her daughter no chance to argue she turned and slipped from her den, off to her duties.
Effluentpaw stared down at her children and her heart broke, knowing she would never get to raise them, never get to know them. Their future was ruined before they had even opened their eyes.
THE SPIES
SOLARKIT / WIND [BRIGHTLEAF ]
ASTROKIT / BELT [ RACER ] the tom kit that is killed by Eternalstar/ Mongrel when the surviving litter flees sunclan and tries to return to springclan.
SKYKIT / FLOWER [ BLANKSLATE ] the she-kit that Lionkit falls for and who is executed by Littlebird.
GALAXYKIT / VOYAGER [ JETCLAW ]
personalities are 100% up to the rper. looks also up to rper, their mother is a brown and white tabby with mismatching eyes.
THE PLOT
So Littlebird is very over protective of Lionkit. However, Lionkit is rather naive and easy to manipulate. He ends up falling head over heels in love with a she-cat that is brought into SunClan as kit, everyone believing that the litter had been abandoned. Littlebird is glad that he has found someone to be with and that he is happy, but is naturally wary due to her own protectiveness and not wanting to see him get hurt. Her suspicions begin to mount as this she-cat keeps encouraging him to rebel against her. It starts with little things, but eventually she ends up trying to get him to turn against the Sun God and SunClan's religion.
Littlebird ends up finding out that this she-cat is SpringClan spy(and after discussing it with Foxstar) decides to make and example of her. She ends up executing her. Littlebird takes the corpse to SpringClan's border to confront Eternalstar. Eternalstar doesn't care at all that she killed this she-cat, saying that their lives were forfeit from the moment they were born. The spies end up being Eternalstar's daughters kits who were given this mission to atone for their mothers actions. She tells Littlebird the name of the other spies who have already fled SunClan and are trying to return to springclan after seeing their siblings killed. The Janus try to ambush them but the reaming kits manage to escape them. When they return, they find no sympathy from Eternalstar after they failed their mission so terribly. She kills another of the litter, leaving them no where to go. SunClan is really all they know, so they return pleading for mercy and forgiveness. Saying that Eternalstar had threatened to kill their mother if they didn't do as she bid them. From there Littlebird and Foxstar leave their fates up to Sun God.
Wolfspider had been munching on a mouse not far from Eternalstar's den. He'd heard the whole conversation between Effluentpaw and Eternalstar. The more the large tom was around Eternalstar the less he liked her. He took the opportunity of Eternalstar's distraction to slip into her den. "Do you want me to help you hide them?" he offered. He knew it was a long shot and getting them all out of camp would be near impossible with Eternalstar around but he felt like he had to offer.
"We can't" Effluentpaw almost wailed, wide eyes watching the warrior, seemingly unphased he was in her mothers den. "If I don't agree to send them off, to let her puppets teach them she'll just kill them. She'll find a way Wolfspider, you don't know her like I do. She had eyes and ears everywhere, has everyone fooled and they would be safe no where. Maybe Sunclan won't realize who they are? Maybe... maybe." She choked on her words knowing there would be no saving her kits.
Wolfspider nodded and gazed sympathetically at Effluentpaw and her kits. "My father was Tarantulastar, so I know how you must feel, having her as your mother." he said quietly. "My father banished all the non SpringClan born cats and even killed a daylight warrior, her name was Cookie. She was kind and I still to this day feel bad for what was done."
Effluentpaw laughed cynically, "at-least you can feel bad. At times I feel like I'm living in my own head, she appears so normal when around others. It makes me doubt myself, despite knowing that she's not kind. In fact I think as time goes on she's loosing more of herself, it's like she's becoming more afraid of others being out to get her. But how can anyone be out to get her when no one knows there's anything to hunt down?"

"I'm not letting her do anything Enchantedpaw." Effluentpaw snapped, stressed and tired of others questioning her. She almost wanted the kits gone, perhaps it would have been better if she had aborted them as she considered doing earlier.
