Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Her tail swished over the woebegone herbs before her. In her mind, she recited their uses. Over and over and over.
That was a common thing with Reva. If she was stressed, she'd retreat to a part of the territory that was rich in herbs, and calmly go over them by herself.

"Ravenna," meowed Daedric as he dipped his head. Amber eyes dull and Pravian bangle pelt ungroomed. "My leg is aching again." He shifted his gaze to his extended but healed leg. Its break from the fox trap still hurting from the moist sea air.
Her head turned as she calmly laid her eyes on the hunter that approached her. She looked at his leg then stood up and shook the leaves out of her pale fur. Her tail swished over a bare spot in the dirt. "Sit here," She instructed the older tom, and then walked past him towards the herbs. Ravenna slowly went over each herb looking for the one she needed. "Is this recent? Has it been hurting for a while?" Her stern and silvery voice was much more demanding than a normal youngling's was.

"You're predecessor found me caught in a foxtrap several moons back. I did not allow her to set it and it heeled out of place. She offered to break it and reset it but I refused and settled with therapy. Since her departure I have done hunting and patroling but not therapy. It only aches on cold or wet days." he explained the story vaguely to the mage.
"Right," she let him explain his story before her eyes landed on the exact herb she was looking for. "Well, I hope you learned your lesson on being stubborn with injuries." She bent her jaw and grabbed wormwood, brought it before him, then stood back up again. "Chew this for now." Ravenna watched the tom with a cold and emotionless look.

(Lol your fine. I doubt us who have been medcats for 12 years dont have it perfect)
Daedric wanted to sigh at her implication that he should have allowed the previous mage to break his bones if not for medical reasons at least for her own twisted pleasures. "Thank you." he meowed as he lapped it up and was surprised by the warm comforting taste and scent. "Is there anything else I can do?"
Ravenna-chan's eyes lit up in amusement at his thanks. She waited calmly until he had finished. She wasn't the most experienced, however, she caught on early and could learn things with little difficulty. "Well," Reva thought for a while, "-if it's not infected, nor is it an open wound, then the only way to soothe it is with comfrey. There is none in this area, however, I'm sure it grows somewhere on the island."
