It was a chilly day as Crimsonpaw sat in a patch of sunshine contemplating what he should do. He was fortunate enough to leave the camp before apprentice duties were assigned. Not wanting to spend another day on 'tick patrol' or 'moss patrol', he slipped away after using the dirt place. Knowing he should hunt because that would be a great excuse if asked why he left, he was trying to decide on where. A slight sound behind him made him stand and turn around.
