Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Ahzidal kicked the corpse of a rogue into the sewer. He snorted in disgust when he heard the sound of dead weight hitting the rocky tunnels running underneath his paws. The poor little thing attacked him, but he still had a few remaining things to deal with. He could only see red as he ran into a decrepit bank and saw what he expected: a litter of kits. The mother was clearly somewhere else and left the now dead father to guard the young ones, but he was dead now. He did not hesitate to raise his claws to strike down the kittens, but before he could move a weight slammed into him from the side, sending him reeling.
Pluto had been drawn by the blood he smelled. It interested him, so in his curiosity, he'd followed it to see who was injured and if they were of his clan. He was shocked to find a litter of kits about to be murdered. Without thinking of the consequences or even why he was doing it, he charged into the other AL cat. "Wait!" Now what? He didn't want to raise any kits, but it wouldn't be right to kill them off. It caused bad blood, and in some cats believed bad luck, and he wanted no part in that.
The combatant hissed as he slammed into the cold concrete floor of the structure. He had been in plenty of fights before, but they were usually in a forest. The impact of landing on such a strong surface jarred him for a few seconds before he slowly rose to his paws. Ahzidal lashed his tail as he turned to glare at the High Sage. "Yeah, what are you going to do?" He prowled back to where he was standing over the kittens. "For all I know, the mother abandoned the kits, so I'm doing them a favor, or I was. "
"I..I don't know." What was he gonna do? He couldn't raise kits, but it wasn't like he wanted them dead either. Pluto glanced back over at the bundle, head cocked to the side, puzzled as to what to do now. Well, he'd already spared tehir life, now what? "They can't be killed least they're deaths bring bad luck to the clan." He nodded his head as though that was good enough. Maybe they could drop them off in someone else's territory and make them their problem?
