The greenleaf sun sat high overhead, apparently content to rest in the sky's zenith for the time. Below, the camp was quite hot - almost sweltering - and most cats couldn't help but wish for a speedy end to the season. Hallowedkit, however, had only known the heat and was curious about what was to come. Turning to face her littermates in their nest, she arched a brow. "Do you think leaf-fall is going to be as fun as everyone makes it out to be?" she asked, voice raised with suspicion of the grownup's claim.
