Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Wolfspider padded lightly through SpringClan's territory, he was surprisingly stealthy and silent for such a burly and muscular cat, a skill he'd acquired from his mother, Spottedfox. His grey, black, and brown streaked pelt helping him to blend into his surroundings. He padded out into the open and crouched beside the river that led deep into the forest, well past the boundaries of SpringClan. He took a quick drink and remained crouching at the riverbed, staring at his own reflection, completely consumed in his own thoughts.
Mongrel blinked as he spotted another cat further up the riverbank, surprised another warrior was out in the weather. The cold was unforgiving and the clouds threatened of a march snowstorm. Though with the quickly changing weather any snow they got most likely wouldn't stay on the ground for long. It was still an uncomfortable reminder that they hadn't quite escaped winter just yet, and had a little bit more time to go. Slowing to a stop as he got within a foxlength of the tom he paused and wondered, with how deep in his own thoughts the other seemed to be, if he could just sneak around.
Wolfspider snapped out of his daze when the wind changed direction and another cat's scent washed over him. He spun around and was slightly surprised to see Mongrel. "Hello." he greeted the tom. Most of his Clanmates were curled up in their dens but Wolfspider had received his father's thick pelt which helped him immensely in weather like this, as a matter of fact he didn't even find this to be that cold. "What brings you out today? Most everyone else is in their nest."
Mongrel considered the question, he couldn't rightly say that Eternalstar had him running and errand. Was afraid that the other might make assumptions that were untrue, seeing as this was one of the tamer things the she-cat had asked him to do. "Not much really," He started which wasn't strictly speaking untrue. "Just wanted to do some last minute hunting before the snow." He glanced towards the sky and then back towards Wolfspider. "It looks like snow doesn't it."
Wolfspider turned his gaze towards the sky for a few moments. Mongrel was right, it did look like it was going to snow, which actually gave him a little bit of excitement about life, he didn't mind the snow. "Mind if I join you?" he asked.
It seemed he wouldn't be finished Wtwrnalstars errand for the day. But that was alright, he would sneak out during the night. She wasn't unreasonable and if he explained she would be unbothered by the task being completed a little behind schedule. "No rpoblem. I was going ro head towards the base of the mountain and hope to find something seeking warmth in the long grass"
"Sounds good to me, I haven't been over that way in a while." Wolfspider responded with a shrug, heading away from the water and beginning to head towards the base of the mountain.
