Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Sammy let out a slow breath. It had been a long time since he'd been this solemn. Thoughts raced through his head, causing his head to begin to pound. He slowly waded into the shallow part of the river, letting out a relaxed sigh. It was cold, but it felt great with how much his head hurt. The brown tom couldn't help but enjoy the opportunity to do this after the floods. The water was at a perfect level and the river only tugged gently. The boyar could see fish swim by, but he neglected to pursue them as he normally would.
"You're just gonna let 'em get away, huh?" came a voice from nearby. Sagecloud padded up to the boyar, looking rather hesitant to step into the water after all the flooding BrookClan had suffered; he didn't actually care that Sammy wasn't hunting, but he was socially inept to the point that he didn't know how to start a conversation. "...Well, even the higher-ups have got to relax sometime, I guess..."
The tom couldn't help but smirk at Sagecloud. "What can I say? I'm just enjoying not being flooded." He turned to watch the water flow across the rocks for a moment before turning back to the other tom. "Join me. I think you'll enjoy it on such a warm day."
