Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Pandora licked her wounds on the forest border. She did not start a fight with cat, but with a tree. Apparently the branch she was on could not support her weight, so she went tumbling down. Fortunately the tree was not too tall, but she still had some sizable cuts and a sprained paw at the least.
Jezebelle had been hunting her own prey when she saw a cat - literally - fall out of a tree. She shook her head, wondering how she kept walking in on weird circumstances. "Are you alright?" she questioned warily. "What were you doing in a tree?"
The tuxedo she-cat did not recognize the General. She had not been in the Coalition for too long, so the faces were not quite sticking to names yet. " Yeah, yeah. I'll be fine..." She planted her right forepaw on the ground only for searing pain to ignite within it. She hissed and fell back to the ground. "Just... give me a minute."
Jezebelle blinked at Pandora. It didn't bother the General that she wasn't reconized. She actually preferred that. Just a little. She would prefer to be reconized as who she was - since she did, after all, have a long history with at least three, now four, of the groups - but she knew not everyone was aware of her. "You don't look fine. Pluto should probably take a look at that paw."
The combatant shook her head and pushed herself to her paws again, this time staying off her bad foot. It was only a sprained paw, she could handle it later. "I'll be fine, you don't have to be concerned about me..." Her voice trailed off when she realized she did not know her name. "I know a few remedies that should help me out. There's no need to bother Pluto."
Jezebelle was amused as she watched Pandora try to balance on three legs. "At least let me help you back to camp." The General wasn't going to take no for an answer.
Pluto was an odd and strange cat. Some thought he could just sense when someone was injured since he'd just appear out of nowhere, especially when someone was hurt. He really couldn't but what harm was there in ruining that rumor, it was quite amusing to him. Out for a walk and escaping the boring confines of camp where there was nothing for him to do, the tom stumbled upon a voice he knew well. Pluto moved around the tree, through a bush and spotted the two she-cats. "Oh, hello."
Pandora shook her head. "No, it's fine. I'll have to find some stuff out here. There's no point in bringing me all the way back to there." If Jexi brought her back to camp, there was no reason to not see the High Sage. It was only a sprained paw, there was no need to bother him. She just barely caught Pluto's scent before he emerged from the foliage. She quickly lowered her paw until it was just barely touching the pavement. It stung, but it was easily bearable. "Hi, what bring you out here?"
Jezi was amused at the timing of Pluto's arrival. "I think Pluto would agree that you should not be on that paw any longer than it takes to get you back to camp." The General wasn't taking no for an answer.
Pandora sighed again and pulled away. "I've looked after myself for long enough to know that this paw is no big deal. It's not worth using herbs this late in the season, trust me." Her eyes shifted to Pluto for a split second before returning to the path in front of her. "I think he would agree with me."
Jezebelle turned her eyes to the Sage in a way that said she might be tempted to injure him if he did not at least check Pandora's paw. The General turned back to the other she-cat after a few seconds. "You don't have to look after your wounds alone anymore." she pointed out. pao
"Well, I do agree. Though, Jezebelle has a point as well and she's scarier so I'd listen to her." Somedays, it was like he was a child, especially since he's just as fearsome mostly because of his weird thing with death but eh as the general. Nodding his head, he skated around the edge of the clearing closer to the injured she-cat. "So, what did you do? Something dumb?" Pluto cocked his head to the side while gazing at the paw she was clearly trying to hide, blunt with his words showcasing that he found the whole situation dumb especially since those were the kinds of injuries he'd been seeing lately. He'd be the judge of whether or not to use herbs thank you very much, even if it was harder now to find them than it would be in a month or so.
