Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. ( This thread takes place after Kerrigan's disappearance, and four days before these kits' mother, Springlockedgrave, commits suicide. These kits will be adopted by their grandmother, Silentheart, in the wake of their mother's death. The kits belong to House Sterling, will be Dvorayne when they grow up, and their father is unknown. Springlockedgrave looked down at the newborns nestled against her stomach, eight tiny lives so fragile and innocent. A soft sigh escaped the Vrachii's lips, the she-cat having been oddly... at peace, in the wake of Kerrigan's disappearance. More present than she'd ever been, capable and though her worries still showed themselves, it was as though her personality had flipped. The panic was rare, and the cat beneath it all was there most days. Perhaps it was a good thing, as BrookClan needed all the help it could get in the wake of Kerrigan's disapperance, and Everette's momentary refusal to take the throne.
"Anwell, Cerys, Fikre, Kevay, Lezane and Luvina, Sevilin, and Xaria." Eight kits, unique and precious. For a moment, alone in the safety of her underground den, the golden feline allowed herself to cry, lamenting the fact she wouldn't live to see their eyes open, to see them become Kadets and Dvorayne. As the time passed, she wiped her eyes, tears drying as she curled gingerly around the tiny bodies, her breath steadying once more into a normal rhythm.
