Guider Anguis creeped his way into the Garden, feeling quite uneasy about the task laid before him. He was supposed to help the future guiders of the Regime learn how to heal and be the strength during the pain, yet he could hardly keep his legs from shaking in anxiety. He knew exactly why they had asked him... He used to be the Chaman because of his skill (he was pretty sure they were all mad for making that call), but the job ended up being too stressful for the worry-ridden tom. He was incredibly smart and one of the top guiders, whether he believed it or not. It made sense why they needed him at the moment. However, that did not stop the millions of questions from buzzing through his mind like a bunch of bees. What if he taught them the wrong thing? What if he failed them all? Then what if they grow up knowing nothing? What if a terrible sickness strikes the Regime again and none of them would know what to do because Anguis couldn't teach them basic herbs? What if all of the Regime dies and it is all his fault for his lack of teaching skills? Oh no... This was bound to be a mess...

(I really can't make up my mind about her being either a guider or merc so I guess we might just have to deal with me being indecisive for a bit)

Guider Lakota was eying him from the other side of the post, tending to some weeds that needed ripping out, and gave him a glare. "You look so nervous that you're making me nervous. How about you calm down about it and chew some mint?"
