Charon placed some wildflowers neatly onto the grave of some sad sop before turning back to the town square. Hopefully the spirit of that cat would be pleased with his flower choices and not take offense. Spirits could sometimes be overly picky. The smoke-furred tom began making his way back through the mountains, looking way too calm for a cat walking through a haunted place. From what he could tell, he hadn't angered them yet, so it was fine to explore.

Charon's ears swiveled to the voice and mild curiosity lit his brown eyes. It wasn't often that he ran into live cats out here. He gave a small smile, glancing back to the grave before facing the pair of blue orbs directly. "You never invite yourself over to someone's den without first bringing a hostess gift. It's poor manners."
