I found this half created family in my google docs and thought why not spice them up with some family drama and mystery c: . For reference these kits would of been born back in June 2021. So they've lived through the era of Wintrystar's leadership, Indigocrown, and now Tuskstar's leadership. Any events that have happened in Winterclan from June 2021 - current are relative to these characters childhoods.
BACKGROUND INFOThese kits were born to Edelwiessbloom and what everyone assumed was an unknown Winterclan tom. Edelwiessbloom never mentioned their father and raised them solely on her own. While she "raised" them she was very hands off, ignored them for the most part. Just made sure they had enough to eat and a den over their head. Rarely showed them affection and definitely didn't coddle them. With the lack of care from their mother the siblings grew close and learned to lean on each other. When they became students Edelwiessbloom rarely talked to them until the night after they received their warrior names. She requested that the siblings meet her at Lover's Peak at moonhigh. This is where Edelwiessbloom tells the siblings she had done her part in raising the kits, but is taking her leave from Winterclan. That the kits were never supposed to be Her's but rather she had been a surrogate for a pair of parents that weren't able to have kits. She refuses to tell the siblings who their real parents are, and that they wouldn't like the information if they went searching for it.
Now who are the real parents you may ask? Their real parents are Icyhaven and Thistlescar. A relationship that was on the down low and involved a lot of sneaking around in the background. Icyhaven had been forced into a marriage with a tom (Cloudweaver) he didn't love by his sister Wintrystar. He was determined to find a relationship where he truly loved the other tom. Icyhaven and Thistlescar did a lot of sneaking around and even came up with a plan to have a surrogate carry a litter of kits for them. Icyhaven died shortly before the litter was born. Thistlescar left Winterclan shortly after the birht of the litter.
