Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
@eventide a nice little bonding-ish training-ish thread (even mothers don't get an escape from these xD) between Windsweptashes and Aurorapaw, a quick talk of rumors and dayclan "news" by the dayclan border <3
The Commissioner was sure to be quiet as he walked past the upstairs rooms of the estate where the nursery was kept. It was relatively quiet this time of night, it was about the hour when most kits had been settled in for naps. The sounds of a few fledgling's whining voices that were clearly in the midsts of complaining and throwing small temper trantrums was enough to say the mothers hadn't been completely successful yet at getting them all settled down, but it seemed like even those still up had a note to their voice that hinted at their exhuastion. A small smile gently found its way onto his muzzle, it was all slightly adorable. Of course, he was sure that to the mothers, all they wanted was a break from it all. It was certainly cute until you were dealing with it every day.
But that was what he had come to give one of them today; a small break. If only to learn more about what the current state of the role of Mothers had formed into, from one of the mother's own perspectives. The others would come, but he had started out with the she cat who had earned perhaps the highest reputation: Aurorapaw. Everyone had heard about her, at least to some extent; the was something of a silent darling in the clan. She seemed so perfectly fitted for her new position and role, such an absolutely idyllic display of a waning cat, and though of course she was mortal as all cats were, it had been whispered once or twice that she was the closest thing to Selene's waning side on earth.
Windsweptashes hadn't met the she cat yet to say for himself. He had seen her only briefly at Vesper, taking note of both her and her little sisters who he was sure now would probably become something of high ranking citizens themselves beyond just the reputation of their older siblings' titles. Still, he was hesitantly eager to meet Aurorapaw for himself. Poking his head gently into the main nursery room, he didn't dare make a sound, instead hoping to meet Aurorapaw's gaze from somewhere in the room.
