Littlebird pulled the three in, and began to guide them out of sight into the sunflowers. "Very good Pandora, you will be an expert berry thrower in no time" she purred. With Jetclaw, Skipstep, and Singedwolf at her side, they faded into the background out of sight of the big battle. This wasn't something that she wanted her kits to experience at such a young age. They didn't need to see all the bloodshed and violence that was to come. SunClan was out for blood. Besides, even though WinterClan seemed to be after herbs and prey, their actual target was pretty clear. Leatherstar was here for their kits, and she didn't plan on just handing them over.
WINTERCLAN Her eyes shifted across the cats whom were ready to fight. Icedivy had only one purpose though. Protect those who were going for herbs. Her eyes narrowed, body tensing as she noticed the Sunclan cats whom seemed ready to give a hefty fight.

Leatherstar could smell Littlebirds sweets scent on the air as he ran in the direction it came from. The sunflower fields tempting to overpower the trail he was desperate to follow. "I am here for my children! I am here for littlebird! This is not their home. They do not belong to the Sungod!" he yowled as he neared where Foxstar was.
"And who are you to decide that?" Foxstar retorted, blocking the other leader's access to the Promised and kits as she faced Leatherstar, her gaze darkening with each step closer the tom became, until finally she could see him, the Priestess' claws extended, though she didn't immediately launch herself into battle. She had a proposition for the WinterClan tom, perhaps his only real chance at getting the cats he wanted back within his grasp, though she was certain enough it wouldn't come to that.

Littlebird positioned their band out of sight, but close enough that they could still hear most of what was going on. If needed, they could slip away and make their escape. She curled her tail around the three kits and pulled them close to her body as Leatherstar's words echoed through the fields.
Singedwolf snarled, circling in front of Littlebird with his teeth bared. Let the leader try and pass Foxstar; he'd spent moons waiting for a chance to put down Leatherstar. If anything, it was good the WinterClan leader had nine lives. They'd each get a go.
WinterClan Crimsonrose stood ready at Leatherstar's side ready to strike at his command.
SunClan Skipstep kept close to Littlebird as Jetclaw stayed protectively close to the kits. The siblings bracing themselves if Leatherstar and his shards got past Foxstar.
