Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It was funny really. Jagger had never really believed in gods despite the tales that the previous Sun God had been born right here in the Regime. He'd known him as a sickly hairless kit then, before he'd left to fulfill his rightful destiny in SunClan. It was strange to think on it now. Part of didn't want to believe it, even now as he sat still as a statue waiting for daybreak. How could the sun still rise? How could it shine so brightly if the Sun God was dead? He didn't have answers. Lately his thoughts had been on SunClan, or rather what remained of them. Part of the commander wondered if his hospitality towards the clan had been because of Shule's own vested interest in the clan. With Littlestar and Shule gone could their alliance continue? Should it? The tom's eyes swept over a few of the stirring cats, picking out the SunClan cat's among his own with ease but he did his best not to state as he turned his attention back to the dark horizon, withdrawing back into his thoughts.

"Commander Jagger?" Came a voice. The voice was soft, almost angelic even. Large blue eyes gazed at him. They had once been dull and almost lifeless even, as they had arrived at the regime. Though, with some rest and medical attention, as well as a full belly, the feline looked almost restored. Her wisp-like coat had been groomed once more, ash rid from her furs to reveal a mixture of a tortie-tabby coat. It was one of the SunClan warriors. "I was wondering if I could speak to you about SunClan." They had no leader at this point in time, the closest thing they had was their medicine cat, Lacelily. Now that Oceaneyes was feeling much better, she'd decided to speak to the commander about their place there in the regime.

The ginger tom turned at the sound of his name, at first staring in confusion as he tried to place the she-cat in front of him. Recognition flashing in his eyes as it finally clicked that this was Oceaneyes, only looking much more herself, at least SunClan was starting to recover. Thank the blind protector for that, it was at least one less thing to worry about, except for the fact that the clan still had no leader or a place to go.
"Right, of course." he stood up from his perch, beckoning the she-cat to follow him a little farther away from the other cats. It wasn't that their conversation was necessarily a secret, more so that he didn't want SunClan or The Regime to get over excited when nothing was set in stone.
"So, what would you like to talk about?"

Oceaneyes came to stand beside the tom, motioning lightly with her tail. "Care if I sit?" She waited a few moments before sitting, taking it as an invitation to do so. The she-cat was quiet for a moment, and after a few seconds spoke. "I think that a patrol should be sent out to check out the SunClan territory. The ash was so thick, but I am not convinced that our territory is truly gone. I think by now the ash should have cleared, and maybe we can access if or when SunClan can return to there." She mewed, having obviously thought clearly about this. The SunClan cats did not know if the territory was entirely destroyed. The ash had been so thick that it was impossible really to even see the volcano erupt.

The commander gave a slight nod letting the she-cat take a seat next to him. Though as she spoke, his expression turned serious as he actually considered the she-cat's words. There was merit to her claim, and they would never know for sure the state of their territory if they didn't. That was something Jagger understood well, having traveled all the way back here, hopeful that some part of the regime had survived the earthquake too. Honestly he had no idea what he would of done had no one made it back home.
"Very well, what do you need me to do?" Since SunClan had joined the regime the commander had been very careful not to overstep his boundaries. SunClan had no leader and while living with The Regime they had to defer to Jagger on some matters but he made sure not to weigh in on the clan's personal matters. They were still their own clan after all. So, while he wanted to help them he would only offer as much aide as they allowed from him.
"I'm sure I can spare a cat or two to go with you if you'd like."

Her large blue eyes shifted along the tom's features, silence spread between the pair. Yet, it only lasted for mere moments before she broke it. "Thank you, commander. You have been kind to SunClan, however, I think that this journey should be made by SunClan cats alone. I simply ask that you will continue to watch over the remainder of our clan, as a few of us make the journey back to see if it is salvageable." Her words were level, and one would recognize something in Oceaneyes if they themselves were in a leader-like position. She had the makings of a leader, and little did either of them know, StarClan would call to Oceaneyes to step up soon.
