Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
In this thread Jagger is going to tell the Superiors he thinks The Regime's only chance of survival is to move to a different territory (They aren't actually moving on the map this plotline is purely to establish the territory changes coming to RR. Your character does not have to agree with Jagger but ultimately the decision to move will go through.
He had chosen this spot specifically for this. The ginger tom sat in the atrium, the sun shining down into the underground. Though he hated being in the tunnels, he didn't mind this and it was one of the few places the commander could meet with his superiors without the fear of other cats listening in. He'd tried to ignore it for as long as he could but it was obvious to anyone with eyes that The Regime could no longer sustain themselves in this territory. The recent addiction of what remained of SunClan, few as they were wasn't helping either. Even with his group in such a state Jagger didn't have it in him to turn SunClan away when they'd come asking for help. Even now he felt bad he hadn't invited Lacelilly to this meeting but, the commander didn't want to involve the clan until it was necessarily. For now he sat patiently, his tail resting over his paws as he waited for the council to arrive.

What amazement it must have been for Aine to arrive first. She normally dragged her paws to meetings like this. Things like this were never fun, especially with thinking of the grave look on Jagger's face when he passed her the news. She had been Guider Superior for a while now, but the position hadn't really stuck. Well, not in her mind. It felt like more of the same thing, just with more eyes on her than usual.
This meeting wouldn't be the first time this idea had crossed her mind. It made sense, not that the Aine Soothsong who happily skipped into the atrium and wasted no time sitting next to the Commander knew what was to come. But, she also knew how attached the Regime was to it's roots. Tearing them away from these tunnels may be like trying to pry a hickory horned devil from it's branch. But if anyone could do it, it was Jagger. "Deep breath in, Jagger. This'll go fine... whatever this is." She purred.

A slim brown tabby trotted into view, more apt would be to say he stalked, steps measured and assured. For all his position as origin superior he still carried with him a well laid menace born from his humble origins on the streets where he shed more blood than he cared to admit and not often in a capacity that he could say he did not look back on and question.
Regardless he settled himself nearby the other two but with a respectable distance. He was not comfortable that close to others and now a days found most of his time spent around the tykes; taking great joy in seeing their development and trying to figure out what they would grow to become. Seeing as none of the other superiors were yet there he settled in for a wait.

The smoky black tabby padded into the atrium. Small peaks of the Sun’s ray was a welcoming sight to the tom. He was beginning to feel uncomfortable in the tunnels and briefly considered the idea of visiting the surface after this meeting. The Mercenary Superior plastered a mischievous smile and walked towards the Origin Superior. Overstepping into the other Tom’s comfort zone he leaned close to him. “See any promising tykes this season?” His attempts at small talk before the Scout Superior and Chaman made their appearance.

Not because she told him to but Jagger did in fact exhale when Leland and Ozymandias entered the chamber, relaxing even just a fraction. He had no idea where Braelynn or Nottingham were but he supposed they'd get the gist of it whenever they decided to show. He wasn't keen on starting this meeting without them but he would not keep the three that had bothered to show up on time waiting.
"As you are all aware, prey is scarcer than it has ever been during the winter, and with a few months before snow melt I'm worried even with so few cats we won't survive long enough to see it." His gaze swept over the three of them trying to gauge their reactions before he continued, and with no outright cries of protest he would.
"I've been wracking my brain for days now, and even with SunClan's help there just... isn't anything left here. Unless any of you have another solution I think it's in the best interest of the regime if we find somewhere else to live. As long as we stay here living like vermin in their burrows nothing is going to change."

Aine didn't give much attention to Ozymandias and Leland's entrances, waving her tail to the pair but that was about it. At least it wasn't just her in the meeting, that could of been awkward. Much as she and the Commander were "friends", having to sit through a meeting of him prattling on about this and that all by herself did not sound super appealing.
But she didn't expect it to start right away. Not without Braelynn and Nottingham. Not that she would raise an objection for them. Her paw stirred with a loose pebble as Jagger spoke. Her reaction was neutral, one that knew he was telling the truth. Even without Braelynn here, she could at least attest to that.
"I have no issue with moving." Aine Soothsong spoke up first, the pebble skittering to the ground. "Of course prey is hard to find, but so are herbs. Even the ones in the Garden are starting to not grow as fast or as big. Even if we could feed them, we're having trouble healing them."

“Well I for one greatly support the decision to move. I’m not fond of waking up with crumbles of dirt on my head. I know generations of Regime cats have been born, lived and died in these tunnels. But I believe it’s time we branch out. Spread our wings and find a new place to roost. Also with very few mercenaries at the moment it is difficult to defend the tunnels from predators.” Leland spoke after Aine Soothsong giving his very strong approval of the idea.
"It's best to move now rather than wait until we're half starved and unable to make the journey." Ozymandias agreed with a nod, not really invested either way. "But it brings up the dilemma of where we will be moving to. Have any scouts been sent to search for a suitable area? IF not then we will have to rush a search which might just cause more problems than moving would solve."

While it was her first time working with most of these cats, the fact that they all came to agree with the proposition was still a bit surprising. Maybe Aine was just too used to the kick back and the fear of change from others. "How far were we considering too?" She asked with a cock of her head, bouncing it off of Ozymandias' question. "There's not much around besides other clans and snow, and a long journey will be just as tiring, even if we scout it out."
