Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The leggy pale brown spotted she-cat slunk through SpringClan's territory. She was one of the best hunters and she already had several catches from today's hunt alone and she hadn't been out very long. Her pale green gaze fixated on a pigeon who was mindlessly picking food up from the forest floor. Once Spottedfox was a few feet away she gave a powerful leap and quickly dispatched the pigeon before it even knew she was there.
"Hey!" came a voice from a short distance away, downwind of Spottedfox. Lemonburst emerged from the bushes, a rather angry look on his face. "I know you're SpringClan's star hunter or whatever, but seriously, I had my eye on that pigeon. Not very nice to snipe someone's prey, you know," the former FallClan warrior sniffed.
Spottedfox stared at Lemonburst ( I love this name XD ) for several seconds, her gaze unreadable as she fought to hold back an eye roll. "I didn't see you and I didn't catch your scent. I wouldn't have caught it had I known you were stalking it too." she said, attempting to keep her voice level and calm. She was starting to attempt to make an effort to get along with her Clanmates better, and so far she wasn't succeeding.
Lemonburst narrowed his eyes at the she-cat. If it had been any other cat, he probably would have simply believed them, but Spottedfox had garnered a reputation for being somewhat...rude to her Clanmates sometimes, and Lemonburst didn't see that changing for him - especially since being a former FallClan warrior, he usually got a harsher attitude from his Clanmates than another cat in his position would. "And you think that story's good enough that I'd believe it, I suppose?" he frowned.
"I don't care what you believe. Would it make you feel better if you brought it back to camp and told everyone you caught it?" She shot back sharply. Instantly regretting her words. She mentally panicked for a few seconds, she'd never said sorry to anyone before, but she knew she owned Lemonburst and apology for that, but it still didn't make having to say it any easier. "I'm sorry," she added with a sigh, flattening out her fur. "That was harsh."
