Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
A small black tom kit sat with his tail neatly over his paws, eyes wandering around as he watched his clanmates about their daily business. He had made a practice of studying others' habits, and with that he had learned some notable things about some of them. The thought of having knowledge of each of their routines gave him comfort. He couldn't help but feel this gave him some sort of power over them.
Kitsunekits orange eyes watched the other kit before she raised a brow and let out a sigh, heading towards him and giving him a nudge to the shoulder with her own. "Are you going to sit here all day?" She asked her drawling tone dry as the desert. "Perhaps you might consider joining me for a snack or a game? Anything that's not unsettling everyone with your staring."
Wendigokit turned his cool yellow gaze to his sister, tail twitching ever so slightly. A long moment of silence passed as he stared at her before he finally replied. "I suppose I can't hide from everyone," His face held a bit of a scowl, though he still begrudgingly got to his paws at her request. "What are you doing?"
"I was going to try and slip Snowblisters eye and go out of camp for a bit." She said boldly, giving a cocky little grin in his direction. Though it did waver a bit at the mention of the deputy who seemed to have eyes in the back of her head and wasn't afraid of a little physical punishment for misdeeds. "Would you like to join me?"
At the mention of a wander outside of camp his ears pricked. The smallest hint of a smile pulled at the corner of his mouth and he gave a silent nod of agreement, pulling his gaze to look around camp. Wendigokit was quite good at slinking around and despite the punishments they would receive if caught, he felt confident they could get away with it. "Would you like to lead the way?"
"I always lead the way." Kitsunekit declared bold and decisive as always. Sweeping her tail and striding off, pleased with herself for her statement, though it was only her brother she was talking to. She skirted the edges of camp easily, and slipped from their underground home and out into the open world of the territory. There was no checking to make sure her brother was following along; she was sure he was.
Wendigokit had to stop himself from rolling his eyes at his sister's announcement. Without a word he silently slipped in behind her. The dark tomkit seemed to drift like a shadow; eerily silent and smooth in his movement. As they approached the entrance fresh air swirled around him and a slight tinge of anxiety crept into his bones. He was fantastic at creeping in the dark shadows of camp, but out here would be a bit more challenging. His tail twitched at the thought of getting better.
