Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.

She had taken to sitting in the center of camp at dawn. If only to see the new rays of sun that would light the sky and dispel the dark indigo of night. The sky finally broke in shades of lavender and pink. The moon still showed in the farthest end of the sky while the other end showed the first colors of dawn rising. Bird began their songs and prey began to scurry and the silver-white and black drizzled Jarl pricked her ears as she began to hear the sounds of her clanmates stirring in their dens. She gazed around the serene camp with cool curiosity and then trained her lavender eyes back to the sky. The stars struggled to glitter now and the moon had finally gone from the sky. It would soon be time to organize patrols and hunting parties and other suties around the camp. Dyinglight sucked in a deep breath of the crisp morning air, the scent of pine needles always present and adding a soothing quality to the air of the camp. Her ears pricked forward as the first few cats emerged from the dens.

Leatherstar had slept in longer than he usually would have. He enjoyed rising with the sun and setting a good example for his clan mates as far as duties and responsibility were concerned. But today, as he exited his den and merged from the rings he realized his deputy, Dyinglight, was way ahead of him on the productivity scale for the day. "Morning." he greeted as he settled in a seated position at her side.
"How about you set up the patrols for the other members and you and I can patrol FallClan together." he meowed "We can hunt on the way back." It was in their best interest to always test one another in their skills. With so much responsibility it could be easy to forget to participate.

"Sounds reasonable enough. Who do you think should lead a patrol along SpringClan and SummerClan?" she asked as she eyed the cats that were emerging slowly and shaking off the drowsiness of sleep. "We should probably gather Ivorypaw and Mintpaw as well. I was thinking of assessing Ivorypaw today. Sending her off to hunt and seeing how she does. She is a keen feline that's for sure. Learning quickly." Dyinglight glanced at the Chief briefly as she spoke but kept an eye out for cats that looked awake enough for a dawn patrol.

"Yes, I was considering the same for Mintpaw. She has reached beyond my expectations. We have many strong talented young cats in our Clan." He purred, the vibrations rummbling through his chest. "Spottednettle is still young and distracted, he and Vinetumble don't seem to get along. It's always a good idea to force them into uncomfortable companionship. Make them learn to work together."
He nodded towards a few warriors in greeting as they passed by. "Send them on the SpringClan patrol." He looked at Dyinglight. "What do you think of SummerClan patrol members? Who looks ready and willing?"
