Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
A sable furred tom sat on the outskirts of camp, a sour expression on his face. All of these cats rushing around to get things done, and for what? He couldn't understand how they ran amuck with jubilance, smiles pasted on their faces as they greeted each clanmate they passed. It made him sick. Didn't they know disaster and sadness waited around each corner?
With a sneer he pulled himself up and began his way towards the camp entrance. Outside he could find life that knew these things; prey that never had a free moment to joke and laugh. Death was always breathing down their backs, and they knew it. His sneer turned to a smirk as he left the camp behind in search of something to torment.
Webpaw watched the hustle and bustle of everyone in the camp, amused at the stressed looks on some of their faces. She couldn't help but think they took everything way too seriously. She stared as another apprentice dashed around grabbing nesting materials for the elders, show off, she thought letting out a grumble. Suddenly becoming bored, she turned away and fled towards the entrance of camp. As she exited she looked behind her to check no one was following her and ran right into another cat. "Mousedung" She cussed, not even checking to see who the other cat was and if they were okay, she could tell she hit her head pretty hard against them.
When she finally looked up, an annoyed expression fell across her face when she recognized Ratpaw in front of her. "Oh its you, why didn't you move out of the way?" she rolled her eyes, taking a step to walk around him. The last thing she needed was his sour moods getting in the way of her good day. All she wanted to do was go uninterrupted to the magic stones and look for ghosts, she needed more ideas for stories to scare the kits with.
He felt another cat collide with him and let out a hiss. As he turned to look at who could possibly be so clumsy, his smirk dropped from his face and returned to a classic sneer. Ratpaw's ears flattened as the other apprentice spoke again. "Oh, yes, I forgot about the eyeballs in my butt. Maybe you need to watch where you're going before someone gets hurt." He spat, tail lashing wildly.
Nothing like more cats determined to interrupt him. And then to be blamed for someone else bumping into him! With a growl the tom shouldered past her with a sideways glare and stomped in the direction of the stone circle, unaware it was her destination as well.
She let out a huff as he moved past her, his words stinging a bit as she watched him stomp off in the same direction she was headed. Great, she thought, this is going to be super awkward. She didn't let her thoughts slow her down as she bounded after him, determined to make the situation at least exciting. "Is that a threat?" She walked up next to him a small smile on her face, purposely trying to annoy him at this point.
A soft growl bubbled in his chest at her proddy words. Unfortunately for Ratpaw he wasn't the sharpest claw on the paw, so the fact that she was in fact trying to infuriate him flew right over his big dumb head. Her attempts did in fact annoy him further, and his tail lashed about incessantly. "Maybe you'd like to find out? I had planned to find something to torment out here, and maybe that something is going to be you." Ratpaw's voice turned to a chilling coldness; it was flat and dropped heavy in the otherwise quiet surroundings.

Webpaw could tell quickly that he was deadly serious, and yet it didn’t stop her from wanting to see where this would all go. She doubted he would truly try to hurt her, but from what she had heard and seen about Ratpaw, she wasn’t entirely sure that he wouldn’t claw her eyes out. She stopped her trotting and looked at him. “Gosh you’re so serious,” her mouth turned downwards in a mocking expression of hurt. She wanted to make sure though that she didn’t overdo it, a part of her was a little afraid of him. “Where you headed anyways? I can’t help but notice we’re going the same way, and despite what you may think i’m not purposefully following you,””
The tom decided to ignore her mockery as he stalked onwards towards his destination, ears swiveled down in a sign of irritation. As she continued to speak, his ear twitched suddenly as she revealed they happened to be going the same way. A heavy sigh weighed the air and he slowed his pace. "I want to go to the stone circle. Whether you come or not could be irrelevant, depending."
"Is that an invitation to join you?" She grinned, a sweetness coating her voice as she looked back to where he had began to slow down, "Since I also was heading to the stone circle, I'll accept." She looked forwards again, not bothering to see his reaction. She was almost positive she had made him angry in some way but their interaction was turning out to be interesting and she didn't mind continuing it.
The sweetness that tinged her voice was something he was not accustomed to, and it certainly caught him off guard. Despite this he masked his shock and kept walking in silence, though within himself he felt a sort of confusion swirling around. Slowly he let his ears return to their normal positions and relaxed a bit, attempting to enjoy the outside despite not being alone.
