Smoke curls at his cloud-adorned paws as he steps across the embers and debris of the life he knew before. It seeps into his fur, dyeing it such a dark grey that some may question if he was born from the night sky. The only connection to the world below is his earthy brown eyes, deceptively warm and inviting. Charon, the ferryman of the dead. This wasn't always his name, but one he came to be known as. He was found as a young cat by Shina, the former Ambassador Proxy. He couldn't remember his name at that point but knew that the mother that took care of him usually referred to him as 'Charon,' so that is the name he told the tom. Truthfully, he doesn't remember much except for being a dog for this mother and her posse. If they wanted someone gone, poisoned, or punished they would find a way to take care of it. His duty in this game was to literally 'ferry the dead' to a place where no one would find them. It was a gruesome job and long hours on his paws, as you could imagine. It definitely wasn't one that a young cat like himself should have been doing. When mother, who wasn't really his mother and he honestly couldn't remember her name if he tried, and her crew disappeared one day, that is when Charon discovered he had made a fatal mistake. They had been found out through one of the bodies. He was fortunate enough that Shina found him and brought him to Primal Instinct before someone else did. It took many moons for Charon to find his voice in the group. The majority of the time, he remained silent and calculative, and many were and still are shocked when he does speak up. He was a hard worker and good at his job, so he found himself earning the trust of those around him and the wary gazes started to ween. In some ways, he became a dog again, answering to the beck and call of the ranks above him. The difference now is that in his time of growing up in Primal Instinct, Charon stopped taking responsibility for the actions of his higher ups. If they made a move or request he found was out of line, he would speak his mind on the subject. Some find him to be alluring in the way that his deep voice can be so sarcastic, but tactful. Those who have befriended him or earned his respect are usually met with cool snark and a completely unattached personality, but the deepest loyalty that you could find in a cat. He does have a few quirks as a cat that grew up burying the dead. He has found ways to determine cause of death and mask those causes, and he finds the afterlife fascinating. The best way to get this cat talking is to bring up your thoughts on the dead and afterlife. It's maybe just a little creepy, but you'll learn a thing or two about hiding the body that way. 

What can [character] do for Bermondsey that would make him trust you? Charon is a dog essentially, even though he doesn't want to be. He will follow orders in the way that he sees fit, unless the put his life in jeopardy. At that point, he's pretty good at delegating. I would think Bermondsey and Charon might have a somewhat friendship given that they have few similarities in their personalities. Charon is not a beat-around-the-bush kind of guy and I think that Bermondsey would be able to tell if he was ever lying because of this, which would also be extremely rare because Charon doesn't care for making up stories. If he doesn't agree with something, he'll come out and tell you before it gets to that point. I'll think of something specific also c: 

Why does your character want to be warden? I think he finds it fascinating to be in a place of power, truthfully. For Charon, having been the one ordered around in his kit/trainee days made him bitter towards those in higher positions. He would have seen many different cats of power after transitioning to Primal Instinct and found the differences interesting and alluring. Because of this, he would want to find out how he fits into those roles and create his own ideas of how a cat in a higher position should treat their lowers. Maybe a part of him wants to protect these positions and keep young cats from being treated the way he was, in his own idea of redemption and justice. I think under his dark, steely personality there really is a cat that wants to protect the ones he is responsible for and keep everyone in check. 

What is something your character wants more than anything? Playing off of what I just said, redemption and justice. He wants to no longer wear the chains of master and hound. To him, freedom and protecting those that don't know how to stand up for themselves yet is important.

What can [character] do for Bermondsey that would make him trust you? Kate will go above and beyond to prove her loyalty to the league. It's in her blood, she believes. Nothing is more important than the league, to her.
Why does your character want to be warden? Kate believes it is her birthright, and will stop at nothing to continue to rise in the ranks of the league. She started from the bottom, and will eventually rise to the top, this she is sure of. (Also, I would be fine with any higher positioning for Kate! It doesn't have to be warden c: )
What is something your character wants more than anything? Power, and her birthright. Kate is strong, cunning, and diligent. She'll stop at nothing to prove her worth, and will always choose the league no matter what. Kate had no idea about the league until she was around 6 moons old, and once she did, she craved to know more. Something in her kicked in, and she knew this was home. She knew that this would be the place where she could grow and blossom, and one day become the Nemesis, just like her grandmother, and grandfather. Katie and Jynx.
