With Faith, Cleaver, Racer, Honeystorm, and Jadie stepping down, it has brought eyes to the fact that Classic's got some problems that need to be dealt with. It makes me hopeful that perhaps our new admin team, our staff, and our RUs won't have the same experiences we've had in the past. 

That being said, these five have been a team for a whole year. With some of them having been going above and beyond for longer.

I want to send them off with a note of appreciation for their accomplishments. We've come a long way since moving to wikifoundry and members of this team were part of that initial move all the way back in September 2018 laying the groundwork and building up this site to the classic we have now. 

I'm making this thread so everyone can look back on the positive impact these five had on classic. 

Cleaver - Much of this site's functionality is thanks to your efforts. The classic we have now is lightyears better than what on the breaking down wikifoundry and has only improved with each passing year. You work hard to keep Classic up and running. Programming the wonderful Gene bot that helps people track their conts. And working alongside racer to make a cat generator. You're a solid soothing presence on Classic, and there's a reason everyone jokingly refers to you as 'Dad'. Thanks so much for your hard work and dedication. 

Faith - The amount of ideas you come up with. I've loved all your events, from the discord calls with the hunger game simulators, to the events on the site (Pride month, pumpking carving, THE CUPCAKE EVENT). Despite having such a packed schedule you do your best to come up with creative fun things for everyone to participate in. You also have done your best to try and interact with new members. I remember when I first met Glowstar back in 2017, you were down with running with a silly plot with my NightClan cat that would eventually be Burningstar. You have so much creativity and spirit. You're a hardworker and have dedicated so much of yourself to this site. Also you consistently get OTM and OTY done on time, and usually have fun little call backs to every year (classic confessions, wish list for the upcoming year, etc). You're amazing, and thank you so much for all you've done

Jadie - We haven't always agreed on things. I can think of more times we disagreed than we agreed in the past. But I know how hard it is being an admin, and especially being an activity manager. Even though we don't always agree, you really gave it your all. We've had very similar experiences, and it's helped us both come to a point where we see eye to eye. You are an amazing roleplayer and you're committed to putting yourself out there to throw out ideas. Keep on putting your ideas out there, and presenting alternatives others might not see at first.

Honey - What would Classic be without your beautiful design work. You've worked hard to make gorgeous layouts for clans and for the site. Not to mention you're an amazing roleplayer. Your characters are so dynamic and how much a great antagonist Foxstar was will forever live on in my memories. Thank you for all that you've done! 

Racer - Let's be honest you probably do what like a team of 20 people should do. You took time not only to do your best to gain advertisers so we can boost our numbers, but also ran coding nights, the recamp site, and made the art to allow the cat creator bot on the discord work. (It's a small thing but it's tons of fun to see what it generates!). Your coding nights helped making coding a whole lot more daunting. I remember before the big move from wikifoundry to freeforums how intimidated most people on classic were by actual coding. But you helped make it a little less terrifying. I still struggle with making layouts from scratch but that's more from lack of practice XP. You've done an absolutely amazing job on top of being one of the nicest people on this site. Thank you so much for everything.
