Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The day was actually quite beautiful. One of the first SpringClan had experienced since the flood and the fall of Jetstar in her sacrifice to save them from the beavers and the dam. The sun was shining, the camp was coming back together under Goldengriffon and Draven's supervision, and for once, the members of SpringClan could feel the stirring of joy in their hearts and hope beginning to bud in their souls. But, of course, as all things do, the good had to come with the sour.
Was this truly sour though?
As the clan turned to watch a herd of... fluffballs advance toward the camp entrance, little war faces on little fuzzy heads, they had a hard time thinking it was terrible. But... they were coming in fast and hot, and there were so many of them. It truly was intimidating, despite the truth of what their little invaders were. The cats of SpringClan shook themselves from their stupor and the slight intimidation that shivered down their spines and began their preparations.
All of these fluffballs would need loving homes and people who would care for them. Warm beds, full tummies, and cuddles to help them recuperate from their long journey.
SpringClan would be their home and they would be loved. Though deep within, the cats of SpringClan wondered with a slight bead of sweat: Would they be enough? Or would they topple under the mighty weight of such need?
EARLIER THAT DAY
"Everyone," a kitten called at the head of the group, standing on a rock slightly lower from the one next to it, "please quiet yourselves. Our supreme commander has something they would like to say before we lead the charge."
@starkravingmad
Everyone is welcome to participate in this! These kittens are parentless and need loving homes, and of course SpringClan is the place for that to happen! If you would like to adopt and play one of the kittens part of this 'first wave' of the Battle of Love, you can head on over here. There's a maximum of 6 kittens you can adopt from that thread. OR if you'd like to play your pre-existing SpringClan characters reacting to the invading wave and preparing to adopt and care for these younglings, you're free to do that as well!
Just have fun with it, this is meant to be a silly time where the SpringClanners despite being intimidated by such a fluffy stampede can relax a bit before the newest, very dark plot takes place!
A small kit, more closely resembling a cotton ball with big, blue eyes than an actual cat stepped forward. Clearing his throat, his baby blue eyes scanned the masses of gathered kittens. A far too serious look plastered on his expression.
"Attention everyone! Today is the day we claim this territory as our own! The enemy may be bigger, they may be stronger but we are many and we are determined!" despite his small stature his voice rang out clear as a bell as he addressed his army, he knew the burden he was asking of them but he would never march them into a losing battle. No Divine was certain this was a winning battle, their victory was assured.
"Now, I wanna see some real effort out there! There's strength in numbers so if you have to separate one of the older cats from the rest and take them down as a unit. Another thing is don't be afraid to cry, they're weak to kitten tears. It's a dirty tactic I know but this is war people! I don't wanna see any holding back. You all know your positions now get out there and purr, mew and trip those cats into your hearts! Go! Go! Go!"
