Limelight and swiftpaw are set up on a date. Swiftpaw is a little young, but with the lack of suitable suitors perhaps this match with will be a hit. Limelight's parents are throwing their daughter at eligible toms to see who she hits is off with. ashestoashesCleaver
Limelight was suspicious of Swiftpaw, he was young and a lower class than she was, but frankly she was growing desperate. Her parents had set up this date and she was not going to turn it down; she just hoped she wasn't going to end up this kid's mentor.
"So," Limelight meowed politely as she reached the tom and bowed her head respectfully, "are you due to be promoted soon?"
