Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(thought it would be fun for wisteria to bother his mentor, even if he wants nothing to do with him because mentors can't say no c;)
"Gee aren't you a lousy mentor. Don't even take me out to train. They should've named you differently." He lay just a few feet away from festering fruit, chewing on a stick he had found. Maybe if the white tom chewed on it enough it would sharpen his teeth to neat little points. A cat with shark teeth. That would be pretty cool. His mismatched eyes were looking up at the mentor he had chosen, Festeringfruit. It was a terrible name but interesting and different enough to attract the chaotic young cat. Cleaver
Wisteriapaw was Festeringfruit's fifth apprentice. None of the last four had made it to adulthood: each one had been driven off, proven too weak for their clan, or had died in the pursuit of his approval. There was a good reason it had been a long time since he was given an apprentice, and now he had been chosen by an apprentice as a mentor, which was even more disgusting. Festeringfruit was not about to break his streak.
Festeringfruit bit deep into his mouse, ignoring his apprentice's chattering as he chewed slowly. "You should have chosen a different mentor, idiot," he growled. He tore free a mouse bone and snapped it between his jaws, then spit the pieces to the side. "Go bother your mother."

There was an awful tearing noise as he worried on the stick with his mouth and he stopped, making a disgusted face before looking up just in time to watch the Tom snap a mouse bone. Intimidating - for someone who cared. "I'd rather not wake the dead." Technically he had been adopted by Shadeflower but did not have a strong bond to her or Amy of his surviving littermates. "At least I hope shes dead. Who just leaves kits laying around, amiright?" He shrugged clearly unbothered by the idea. It took a lot to get under his skin and whether she died or dropped them off to die it didn't matter. He was alive now whether his birth mother liked it or not.
"Isn't it some great honor to be chosen as a mentor? Don't be so stungy," He said in a sing song voice before snapping his stick in half with one paw, a lazy grin lighting up his face.
