Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Gossamer wasn’t particularly thrilled with the decision to stay with Shule, because there was a part of her, the part that was a former commander, that wondered if her mother in law was being a bit more bull headed than she should be. But, she didn’t care enough to join Havi. So, instead, the sentinel just grumbled about her decision without doing anything about it, without saying anything too loud that anyone could hear her. She let out a sigh, dipping out of the new territory. The fresh air and the time alone would give her what she needed to think. Fresh air always made her feel better. Little did she know, she was being followed.
Despite being just a tyke, Song Eerie was doing quite a good job at being stealthy as she followed after her target and former Commander, Gossamer. She could owe some success to her dark fur coat and unusually long legs, but also good genetics: Eeries are sneaky. That's a fact™.
Anyways, the young she-cat had expected Gossamer to go on a quick patrol or hunt or something, but no! The she-cat was going... outside the border!? Immediately Song began to take this whole event more seriously. She may just be seconds away from discovering criminal activities and if she wanted to be a proper Spy Princess like her mother, she had to continue to go undetected...

Shortly after Gossamer crossed the border, there was a rustling in the bushes a ways ahead of her.

The Commander flicked her ear in the direction of the noise. If she hadn't been so distracted, perhaps she would have figured it out a little quicker; at one point, Gossamer Alessandra had been a skilled tracker, something Shule had realized with horrible displeasure. When she was focused, no cat could slip past her, no cat could follow her, but she hadn't been focused since the day of her injury.
"I know you didn't just follow me all the way out here," the Sentinel meowed gruffly without turning her head in the younger cat's direction. "I surely didn't remember inviting company."
"I sure did!" Song-tyke Eerie purred as she revealed herself from a remarkably concealed hiding place. Despite only being a few moons old, the mostly black tortoiseshell she-cat easily passed as a Cadet, or would have if not for a criminal amount of kitten fluff. She padded up to Gossamer with a spring in her step then come to a stop a healthy fox-length away, "And I'm going to capture you and put you in prison for crimes against the Regime! After all, what other reason would you have for meeting up with a strange she-cat on the other side of our border!? SUPER SUS!"

"Twerp, you have all of thirteen seconds to get away from me before I punt you off somewhere," Gossamer replied with a shrug. "Who are you gonna tell on me, kid? Shule? I'm sure she has bigger fish to fry, given that she doesn't give a damn what I do when half her troops didn't just take off on her." She rolled her eyes, before shifting her gaze to the other cat. Great. She had just wanted an evening to herself - was that too much to ask? Clearly, the Sentinel was in a fantastic mood.
"And who the hell are you, anyways? You've got just about as long to explain yourself before I have to make you my problem."
"I'm Allaria Eerie, Shule's granddaughter. I've come to re-join the Regime," The dark-furred she-cat mewed and, to her credit, she certainly looked the part. Her fur was a darker gray and a bit on the fluffy side, but otherwise she could have been Shule's mirror image, "Took me awhile to find you all, though! It seems the Regime moves more often than SwiftClan these days."
"A likely story," Song-tyke mewed, her fluffy tail sticking straight up in the air as she looked suspiciously from Gossamer to Allaria and back again. She also looked a lot like Allaria, their fur was a similar texture, although Song's was darker, "You two are up to something and I'm going to tell Grandmaw Shule and get you both in trouble!"
