Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The dark red tom padded through SpringClan's territory, heading in the direction of the pond, it was one of his favorite hunting spots and he was hoping he'd pick up some nice catches for the fresh kill pile. It wasn't often the Clan deputy got some quiet time to think to himself, so he took full advantage of the opportunity drifting deeply into his own mind. He was taken by surprise when he heard twig snap and foot falls on the ground just a few feet ahead of him. He stopped and his green gaze scanned the undergrowth waiting to see who appeared.
"Oh! Hi! Im sorry, I didnt mean to startle you!" Fawnheart, the clans medicine cat, appeared out of the bushes. "This is why I'm not a hunter" she joked, picking on herself for being loud and clumsy.
"It is," Cardinalheart responded. "I think I saw some herbs around there the other day, but then again, they could have just been regular plants too; You'd think that after spending my entire life in a Clan that'd I'd at least be able to identify some herbs but, nope. But then again that's also why I'm not a medicine cat." he stated with a laugh.
"Honestly, youd make a lousy medicine cat" she laughed. "Just as I would be a lousy warrior." She flicked his flank with her tail-tip, "But youd make a fine leader some day."
"Thank you," Cardinalheart replied, offering a smile. "But I really hope that day doesn't come anytime soon!" he added. "I definitely am not ready for that yet!" He added with a laugh. "But how about I help you collect herbs and carry them back to camp? Two paws are better than one!"
Cardinalheart huffed in agreement. "Peachstar better stick around for a long time to come!" he said with amusement, twitching his whiskers, but serious all the same. "Which herbs are you looking for today?" Cardinalheart asked.
"They are green with ridges on it and...you know what? When we find some, I will show you" she purred, heading toward the pond. "It usually grows in damp, cool places"
