"Are you ready for your assessment?" Littlestar asked, looking down at the apprentice as she perched on a high step of the amphitheater. The time had come to test Vibrantpaw's skills, to see if she had learned enough during her studies to become a warrior. In order to be promoted she would have to pass a test set up the Janus. If she passed she would be allowed to be promoted during the next ceremonies, but if she failed she would have to go back and study before retaking the assessment. The assessment chosen was unique for each apprentice, a test meant to determine if an apprentice could overcome their flaws and be a productive member of the clan. ashestoashes
