Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Skeletalrose needed to keep appearances. Which meant spending time with her husband. She did so when it was convenient mostly, clearly appearing to treat things more as a necessary evil than a real relationship. Examining Furorstorm like a bug or a particularly interesting speck of dirt. He hadn't seemed to be doing so well as of late, so there was a bit more distance between them, but she had important news to share today. She'd gotten the confirmation she was expecting, though the fluffy white feline seemed to see it more as fulfillment of duty than a particular excitement.
She had him meet her at the entrance to camp, so that they could walk together and she could tell him. One could already tell the eyes on her even as she waited. After all, rumors spread fast, and whether positive or negative, cats were certainly talking about them.

Furorstorm had forced himself out of the witches’ den, his paws dragging along the ground as he forced them to move. Skeletalrose had requested a walk, and who was he to deny his wife. The tom held back a cough that threatened to rip through his throat as he made his way towards the camp’s entrance where he saw her waiting.
“Hello, my dear…” He said, forcing a smile onto his muzzle. “Sorry for keeping you waiting… you said you wanted to speak outside of camp?”

"Yes, come with me." Skeletalrose answered with a purr, leading her mate outside camp until they found a quiet clear place among the roots of a tree to speak. "I've got some wonderful news. I'm expecting." For wonderful news, she seemed not quite as excited as one expected a mother to be would be, more like she was fulfilling a duty in getting an heir than true excitement, though she didn't seem disappointed either.
