Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Destinypaw had taken to the apprentice life with a stride in her step. Finally, she was able to have a use to SunClan beyond just being the leader's daughter. She could finally prove her worth! And so she did, training diligently with pretty much anyone who would give her time of day. But, she still had a significant amount of time on her paws, even between her chores and her training. And idle hands were the devil's best friend, so lest she get trapped in her boredom, she was the kind of cat that would find a friend anywhere. After all, to be friends with her clanmates was to serve the Sun God, something she was pretty much obsessed with. As such, it wasn't surprising that she padded right up to another apprentice that she didn't know. "You're... Sprinklepaw, right? I'm Destinypaw!" she meowed with a small smile, although quite literally everyone knew who she was - a product of her particular birthright.
"...So close!" Sparklepaw said. "Just a few consonants off! And vowels! But it doesn't matter, everyone just calls me Nuisance, or Brat, or...or some other qwords I don't think I'm allowed to say."
Destinypaw’s eyes widened into saucers. “I’m…. so sorry that they do that. That isn’t very kind!” Her gaze passed the camp suspiciously - did she have clan mates who were bullies? Apparently so, she thought with disappointment. “Well, I for one am going to call you Sparklepaw…. or, hmmm, maybe just Sparky, you look like a Sparky,” she nodded thoughtfully, before placing her tail on his shoulder as if you knight him with his new nickname.
Sparklepaw gasped as he accepted Destinypaw's 'knighting'. "Oh man, that actually is my name!" he chirped. "You must be a genius, Destinypaw! Or a psychic! Or just a nice person!" He bowed down in a joking manner. "I humbly accepteth thy-eth's nickname...eth!"
Destinypaw smiled. This tom was an odd one, but she liked that. She let out an amused purr, her tail flicking. “Maybe I’m all three,” she meowed with a wink, before tilting her head. “So, Sparky, what should we do today?”
"G-ghost-hunting?" she repeated, sounding a little incredulous. "Well, there's nothing in the SunClan rules that say we can't...." she meowed, tilting her head as she tried to think of any way this could get them in trouble. When she couldn't, she nodded. "Let's go! Where do you go to... ghost hunt?"
